Red Pocket communication problem
I just called Red Pocket and needed to ask the salesperson some questions. I was very disappointed when the salesman got on I couldn't understand him. He was speaking English but I couldn't tell what he was saying. When I asked for a supervisor he said something but stayed on the line. It's an absolutely slimy company
It's an absolutely slimy company. Good price, that's all that's good. Picking you own carrier is totally a scam. If you ask tech support for help picking a carrier, they'll give you a90 minute run around and still sign you with ATT.

I have used Red pocket for 3 month's
I have used Red pocket for 3 month's , attracted by the price but believe me you get what you pay for RedPocket use the big three towers but what they don’t tell you is it’s the big threes crumbs, my WIFI went out due to a lightening strike I could not access my cellular with RedPocket and phone service was poor, I was truly concerned for my family’s safety, I went back to a big three company pay more but my service works. Just be aware of what you get at a cheap price.

Ren made this experience remarkable. I have considerable call center experience at the agent, supervisory and management levels. Ren is a definite HUGE asset to Red Pocket. You guys might not even recognize it because everyone I've dealt with at your co has been amazing. I couldn't believe the way I was treated by other MVNO'S. Not only that, but it seemed every agent had no clue what they were doing. Ren sure did. She knew everything inside and out, took the bull by the horns and handled it. She doesn't play games. It was refreshing to get someone like her. They are few and far between. You guys have a good reputation out there. I was whining about tel services and two people recommended you. The main reason was the level of customer service. Keep it up. You're doing it right.
