My problem is that you give a price of rental which includes your fee then when you ask a lower price all of a sudden it no longer includes your fee.

The website is pretty easy to use. Applying for a rental is a process but smooth. I pushed the wrong button and made a mistake, but I let Redweek know about it and everything was corrected. I love everything about red week except the fact that you can't connect with anybody on a weekend if you have an emergency

The week we wanted, at the Villas we wanted, was available when I first looked. We have stayed there before and it is great for my family. We grabbed it, the owners accepted the next day, and the full confirmation after Marriott accepted the change was available within a week. Couldn’t have been better.

I have never rented out our timeshare before but thought I would give it a try. I had 4 weeks at the Marriott Newport Coast in California in 2026. Redweek was able to get all 4 weeks rented. I believe the key to a successful rental is pricing it right. Reviewing what you are asking and adjusting if needed. They also assisted us in selling all four weeks. We should be closing very soon.
