it was overall a good experience we did have some confusion over email, i asked about late check in , the next day from the rental start date . the response was that the dates could not be changed , i understand that , just wanted the reservation to show a late arrival . I also kept getting email with different prices . Thank you Mike

Second time booking thru RedWeek. This experience was disappointing. The specific location (Maple) was never identified, until check-in. Since Owner paid Marriott using points, I (Renter) was not allowed to upgrade or change reservation in any way. This was not disclosed to me (Renter). Too far from beach for seniors and Unit in DESPERATE need of refurbishment. Not at all what a loyal Marriott Lifetime Platium Elite member expected. Cost significantly more than last year’s Seaside unit. I invited guests to join us. Embarrassed and will not return!

This is my third time using red week. I’ve had a fabulous time in Aruba and in Kauai the people that rent out their units are fabulous and very kind and they answer questions quickly. Looking forward to our holiday vacation in the winter in Ko olina.

This was easy. We love Bonnett Creek & prior to this have stayed 3 times. The last time was an absolute nightmare because of the person we trusted & went through to get our reservation. I feel confident that there will be no last minute, totally ruin your vacation incidents like the last time!!
