Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently mention that the support staff is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient when answering complex questions and guiding personal purchases to ensure complete satisfaction. People also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery services, noting that heavy items arrive well-packaged, completely intact, and exactly as described online. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional shipping delays and frustrating order processing issues that significantly slowed down overall fulfillment. A few customers additionally reported receiving damaged items or experiencing unexpected problems with product functionality upon initial setup and daily testing.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Great experience and great safe. They manuf continues to learn because unlike older reviews which pointed out that the safe wasn't packaged well, the Hollon HS500D was packaged VERY well indicating that Hollon has listened to customer feedback. I would purchase from here again.
Great comms in questions about the product at the start. Great advice on moving and information about the product (was pretty quick too for online asking). Great shipping and packaging. Huge heavy safe arrived in reasonable timing from across the country and was totally intact and had no damage. My only hope was a way to move it into the house at the end, but that is wishful thinking in this day and age. I will buy again in a few years when I need another should the opportunity present.
High quality. Easy installation instructions

Received my safe earlier than anticipated. The safe is exactly what I needed
The 2 safes i ordered came quickly configured exactly as I requested.
Love the safe, easy to purchase.
Everything about ordering and receiving this order, with good communication from you -- was Great!
The wrong safe was shipped. It was a RPNB safe but not the one that I ordered.
I’m really sorry to hear that you received the wrong RPNB safe. We completely understand your frustration and are already working to get this corrected. It looks like the shipment came directly from the manufacturer, and our team has already reached out to gather details and photos so we can get the correct safe sent to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience while we make this right and ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Please check your email so we can finalize the replacement.
I purchased the Hollon HS 880 Office Safe and couldn’t be any happier. Excellent quality of safe. Safe and Vault Store was fast and efficient in the shipping process, not to mention they also offered the best price. Received safe in nine (9) days from order date and was delivered with no damage. Highly recommend!
My third safe from them. Great Company and customer service. Thank You
Dependable, Prompt and Reliable service.
I am giving five stars because it was not only easy to order, email communications about my order and shipping was on par. I also received my order well packaged, thank you kindly. I look forward to my next purchase!
I'v done business with Safe & Vault 3 times including this time. I get knowledgable answers to questions I ask. They are friendly and they do what they say when they say it. It doesn't get any better than that.
Ordered on the 17th you said the item was in stock. It would be shipped out via UPS. Then you sent an email saying you were waiting on the manufacture to ship the item. So the item wasn’t in stock! That’s deceptive! Two days after you said it would be shipped it’s still not shipped. You had no problem taking my payment. DON’T over promise and under deliver!!!
Thanks for your feedback. I looked into this, and it seems there may be some mix-up. Your order with us was placed on October 27th (not the 17th), and it’s scheduled to ship out today as promised. I completely understand how delays can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while it’s being processed. Your product has been in stock and is shipping via UPS. You’ll receive your tracking details shortly. If you placed a similar order elsewhere, it’s possible that caused some of the confusion, but we’re happy to confirm all details directly anytime. Thanks, Dominic Schwebs SafeandVaultStore.com
