Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.web site was easy to navigate. Bur I also spoke/chatted with a person who provided me with valuable information as I was making my decision regarding which vault door to purchase. At end of my research - which was very specific, I opted to purchase from your store vs. saving about $200 to purchase elsewhere - who did not assist well.
The sales team was very friendly and helpful! They found the answers to my questions and assisted with the order! I’m pleased
Safe and Vault is a great vendor partner. Very responsive to questions about products and ship orders quickly.
It was difficult getting information about the hole pattern dimension in the bottom of the safe for mounting to the floor. We would have also ordered an additional drawer unit but it was not available for sale.
Excellent customer service! They helped me pick exactly what I needed over the phone!
I spoke to sales rep who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Hi Aziz, I’m sorry to hear the lock didn’t work out of the box, that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. It looks like our team is already helping you with the return so we can get this taken care of quickly. The lock is tested from the manufacturer, but we’ll pass this along to their QA team as well. Thanks for letting us know, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
