Five star experience from start to finish
Super easy ordering process. Ordered processed quickly and delivered in good time. The Russian dolls were exactly as the generated images created on ordering. The quality was great and they were a very well received gift.
Don’t bother.
I order 2 personalised garden gnomes and got a picture of garden gnomes. Very tacky and not what the image looked like. I probably should have looked in a bit more detail but very cheap picture of 2 gnomes on a piece of wood. Straight in the bin it goes.

Product was not as described
Product was not as described. Poor quality and can't see pictures. Won't refund me my money and says dispute is open but it shows it's not on my end so won't refund any of it. I would not order from here. If i end up with a refund i will update review.

Buyer beware
I will never order this product again. All the faces on all three squishes are gone. They were gone within an hour. The faces were the highlight of this product and it was a bust. Buyer BEWARE!!!The kids are so upset.

Misleading shipping times. This comes from China so expect a month wait. Mine came disassembled, bent pictures, broken peg. Stay away!

Ordered the personalised Russian Dolls. Ordering was quite straightforward and it was great to see the photos generated to the what the finished product would look like. Ordered arrived quickly, good communication during entire process. The dolls were great and really well received by the recipients.
