I thought I was signing up for $25 a week. But then it became over $50 a week. It’s not really clear how the smart investing portfolio versus the personal portfolio works. Be nice if you guys gave a video for those folks that don’t really understand how the stock market and investing works.

I'm disappointed by your predatory marketing tactics. After filling out a job application with CodeVertex, I was notified that in order to proceed with the hiring process, I am required to open a Stash account. I already have multiple investment accounts that dont require a monthly subscription payment. I dont need this account. I promptly closed the account within 24hours after opening and decided the job post was likely a scam, just an attempt to gather personal information via Stash.

Unethical Practices
If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter had a custodial account with Stockpile for years and it had no service fees. Stash assumed Stockpile in 2025 and they charge fees. I asked to close the account and requested my money only to be ignored and given the run around as to how I could obtain the funds that are legally ours. Emailing over 6 times over two months and being told I would receive a check in 7-10 business days (NOT) and then being told that my request was being elevated to supervisors to rectify the matter (NOT TRUE). Only when I filed a complaint with the SEC and stated that I would perhaps need to consult legal counsel did I receive a response. I am still waiting for my money but finally received a "name" as opposed to "The Stash Team" and a follow up stating that they would ensure a check was mailed to me. We shall see,...meanwhile, my money is making more for them. Completely unethical and egregious to hold on to other's, especially money originally invested by a child. I know this has occurred to others who had money in Stockpile and Stash basically has compromised those folks and their funds by holding onto them.
