Terrible experience. I will never do business with a company like this. I sent the required deposit to receive the posted additional $25 in rewards. The company received my money, allowed me to purchase stock in which I even earned a dividend, then said they NEVER received my initial deposit and they were returning the money to my account. 3 days later the supposed never sent deposit arrived in my account minus the $3 subscription fee. If it never arrived to Stash why did it take 3 DAYS to be returned to my account???? They said my money would be RETURNED. That means you have to receive something to return it right. Why not just say funds never arrived?. But they keep the subscription fee though right? BEWARE consumers this company does BAD BUSINESS.

So I've been using this app for about 10 years and now that I'm getting more experienced I think I have e grown out of it. I noticed whenever I submit a buy there us no price locked in. They usually wait to buy at the highest point of the day and I'm guessing they only show me that. What I think is happening is they are actually locking in a lower price and keeping the little profits from each trade. It just seems weird to me. The app has been great up until now but like I said I think I just grew out of it now that I am a more experienced investor.

Asked to cash my money out and they said 5 days to sell all of my holdings. I was ok with that but after 10 days the holdings had not been sold and they then took the money for their monthly fee out of my holdings. If they weren't liquid funds how did you take them so quickly. Will not be using them again
