**Thousands of dollars inaccessible for months** Stash has been holding thousands of dollars belonging to my family for months following the transfer of a custodial account from Stockpile. I have contacted customer support repeatedly, followed the instructions provided, and waited for checks that were delayed, not received, or did not resolve the issue. Despite multiple support cases, I still do not have access to the funds or a reliable date for when they will be returned. I have now filed formal complaints with the CFPB, FINRA, and the Better Business Bureau because Stash’s internal support process has failed to resolve the matter. The most frustrating part has been the lack of ownership. I have received repetitive customer-service responses, but no single representative with the authority to take responsibility and ensure the funds are returned. I am asking Stash to provide a clear written explanation, a specific payment date, and a reliable, trackable method for returning all of the money. I will update this review accurately if and when Stash resolves the issue and returns the funds.
