Stellar Repair Online (Premium version)
Paid premium for trial via online version, but all the HEIC photos submitted failed to repair. Looks like the software is not suitable to repair HEIC photos. When this was reported to their technical support, they cannot assist as that is their "best possible support". Quite disappointing and decide not to buy their desktop version.

I purchased Stellar Repair for Outlook…disappointed in their refund policy misleading
I purchased Stellar Repair for Outlook Professional and tried to fix a corrupted PST file. It did not work and I was able to fix my outlook classic on my own without using their software. I asked for a refund and they said no because they had only specific conditions I had to meet to get refund. I asked for a 50% refund and they said no. They offered solutions that I no longer needed and they still said no. I feel their refund policy is misleading and that no one would meet the requirements to get a refund. I had used used there software in the past and it solved my issue but in this instance I feel like their software did not help. I am disappointed and would not recommend purchasing their software unless you are OK in never getting a refund.

"Trial" Version is a Scam
I downloaded the "Trial" version of Stellar Repair for Video. And tried using it to repair a video file that was corrupted. The software spent about 20 minutes eating up resources, but did not appear to actually do anything with my video. (Task manager reported 5%-10% load for both CPU & Disk) Then, with no change to task status it popped up a window saying that the repair was complete. I acknowledged the message and clicked to save the file. The app redirected me to Stellar's web page to buy a license. When I switched back to the app, it insisted I enter a license key to proceed. When I canceled out of the license window, Stellar greyed out the save option and would not allow me to do anything with my file. I closed out the app and uninstalled it from my system. I am Not paying to determine weather or not the app is capable of doing it's job. No legitimate developer will ever try a stunt like this. This kind of behavior is trade mark of frauds and scammers. I don't know how Stellar Data Recovery has gotten such good ratings here. My experience says they are not to be trusted.
