What reviewers say
AI generated
Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently reported frustrating encounters with unhelpful customer support, lengthy waiting times on the phone, and unexpected price increases on their monthly bills. Many individuals also struggled with unreliable network coverage, frequent dropped calls, and unexpected connection issues following recent company transitions.
However, some reviewers were happy with the knowledgeable and polite store staff who consistently provided patient and attentive assistance. These customers truly appreciated the dedicated professional support they received during their direct visits to local service centers. People noted that dealing with representatives in person was often much better than handling issues over the phone.

Started off terrible ended worse
Started off terrible, everybody telling me wrong information, my bill was always changing and nobody gave me a real answer. Top it off there is no cruise package. Got slapped with a 600 dollar bill for all the attempts I did try to make but none of the calls even went through because the service was shitty everywhere!!!! I don’t mind paying if I actually used the dang phone but it didn’t even ring! Five dollars for every attempt. Verizon will notify you and put you on a 15 dollar a day cruise package. T mobile is garbage.

The absolute worst.
The absolute worst. They merged with US Celluar and the service is terrible, you can't get an answer from anyone. I had US Cellular for 20 years and there was only one outage. I am looking in to alternatives right now and cannot wait to get rid of this company. The system has been down all day, we are losing job interview opportunities, and this is the first couple weeks of service with them. Awful.

I have had problems with the internet
I have had really no problems with the mobile phone service but the internet is a totally different story. At least once every night while watching TV I lose my internet connection. Sometimes it's multiple times. This is extremely annoying when trying go watch a show.

bought a new iPhone from Tmobile on…
bought a new iPhone from Tmobile on Ulmerton Rd Largo Fl & paid by credit card (paid off). After two trips to store (trying to get all info transferred to new iPhone) - I called 611 for help, & was told that Tmobile couldn't transfer personal info. Even though I asked them to transfer info when I bought the phone. She transferred me to the APPLE Service, where they fixed all my problems. If you are selling a product, you should know how it works.
Also, I now have a 40-day LOCK on my phone, so I cannot change carriers, even though their bill would be PAID OFF, before switching. I was told it is COMPANY POLICY!!!
I would have went to the Apple Store in Tpa, if I had know there was going to be a 40-day LOCK on my phone (ACCOUNT).........
BEWARE.............. After 5 years, I find out my carrier is incompetitent.........

Very disappointing
I was in such high hopes that T-Mobile would be a good service in my area but they are worse than my previous carrier. At the store they bragged about how they just bought another cell company! Well it has been one problem after another. I’m just hoping this will go through on my WiFi. I am currently on SOS…so no service. My calls are constantly dropped or go in and out. Really bad service! Even in larger areas I have dropped calls! Never again

Long wait for service and longer wait to cancel
Waited on the phone for 55 minutes for customer support and they hung up at that point. Waited 30 minutes the next time and got disconnected. Waited another 30 minutes and gave up. Called back the next day. Waited 30 minutes and got connected. There was so much noise in the background I could barely hear the representative. Got my internet cancelled but they said they could only cancel it at the next billing date 3 weeks in the future. Had to get passed to a supervisor who was in the Philippines to get it done. Still paying for 3 weeks of service I am not using.

Service going down every day
Hello,
I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 11 years, but unfortunately, I have watched the quality of both the network and customer service decline significantly.
My family currently has five phones on our T-Mobile account: one iPhone, two OnePlus phones, one Samsung, and one Google Pixel. Almost every day, at least one of these phones displays “No Network” when we try to make a call. When this happens, the phone cannot make or receive calls.
Initially, I followed T-Mobile’s recommendations and updated the software on all of our phones. However, the problem continues. Since this issue is occurring across multiple phones from different manufacturers, it appears to be a T-Mobile network or service issue rather than a problem with a particular device.
Customer service has also become increasingly frustrating. The wait time to speak with a representative now often exceeds one hour. After being a customer for 11 years and maintaining five lines, I expect reliable cellular service and reasonable access to customer support.
T-Mobile needs to investigate why we are repeatedly losing network connectivity and provide a permanent solution. Customers should not have to deal with phones that cannot reliably make or receive calls, particularly when the problem affects multiple devices on the same account.
Thank you,
Dr. Michael Kamali

I tried to cancel their Internet…
I tried to cancel their Internet service 2 months ago and they are still trying to charge me. The customer service actually lied to me saying they would lower the bill to $10a month. I declined and told them to turn cancel the service. I am still getting billed. I have spoken to 4 reps already. No idea how I can cancel this.

Stay away from T-Mobile Cicero, NY store
The Cicero NY Rt 11 store manager, Bill F. (he wouldn't give me his full last name), is a bald-faced liar and an expert gaslighter.
On July 9th my T-Mobile Internet gateway wasn't connecting to the Internet. So I called the tech line and after quite a bit of troubleshooting, the on-line tech said that I needed a new gateway and that I could exchange it at the T-Mobile store. No problem for me, since I have already had to return two defective gateways before. I would bring in the bad gateway and they would exchange it, leaving my $50 per month forever plan intact with the same gateway phone number, with ZERO extra charges. It used to be this simple.
On July 9th I went to the same T-Mobile store in Cicero Rt.11. This time Bill F. helped me with getting a replacement gateway. No problems so far, Bill F. was on his computer setting up the new gateway and he told me that, since the T-Mobile tech already had put in my account file that the bad gateway would be exchanged, that I will be receiving a shipping label after my billing cycle. He strongly suggested that I take a picture of the shipping label as proof. He did tell me that I could bring the bad gateway, with the shipping label, to the store to ship if I wanted. I asked if I needed to sign or do anything, he said no and to have a good day. Still no problem, went home and the new gateway worked perfectly.
My billing cycle is on the 11th of every month. So I started to check my email daily for 10 days for a shipping label that Bill F. said I would receive. No shipping label ever arrived, so I spent a total of 3-4 hours over two days trying to get a shipping label sent to me from their call center. Finally a supervisor got on the phone and told me that the gateway phone number has to be cancelled before they can send a shipping label. I asked him why did I have a new phone number when this was a 1-for-1 exchange of a bad gateway? He told me it was added to my account with the new gateway. So, I cancelled my old gateway phone number with the supervisor and he said that I will receive the shipping label after August 11th, the end of my current billing cycle.
I fully believed that this was an easy swap out of a bad gateway, like I have done two times before... Because, Bill F. never told me that I have a new phone number for the gateway and that I needed to cancel the old one. He never told me that I will be prorated and charged for a mid-cycle service change. He never told me that I now have another T-Mobile plan that only has a 5 year price lock guarantee, when I have always wanted my original $50 per month for life plan.
So my bill for this cycle is $96.30, which is $46.30 higher than my usual monthly bill of $50 dollars.
When I went to the Cicero Rt 11 store to have them fix these things. Bill F. said that he told me that I needed to call and cancel my old phone number. He lied to my face, because the only thing he did tell me, was that I will receive a shipping label after the end of my billing cycle (which should of happened on July 11th) and to take a picture of my shipping label for proof.
Now I fully expect more hours of wasted time, trying to get credits for those charges because of Bill F.
Fiber internet is coming to my neighborhood soon, so I will be looking into replacing T-Mobile because of Bill F.

Lazy SOB
A whole bunch of swindlers. I order a replacement phone today at 1:30 just after paying my bill, money for bill is accepted instantly, money for replacement or new phone is taken instantly, somehow it takes 3 hours for them to grab a box AKA my phone from the back and tell me that it's ready ironically enough it's just 28 minutes before they close early for the night. Yes this may be perfectly normal except the fact that I have to work out of town for the next week now I may not even be able to get my phone that's already paid for! It's not hard for your lazy ass to pick up the phone and say hey Mr customer we're closing early is there any way that you could come pick up your purchase today before we close or can I have it ready for you at another location closer to you. If this would have been done it would have been easy to see that I work 5 minutes away and could have been in and out within the hour but no you're lazy your company is lazy unless it comes to my money. Please have my order ready before I get in next week or simply refund my money instantly Cash is accepted!

During the transfer if a new phone…
During the transfer if a new phone purchase, I was locked out for an extended period. Trying to appropriate the account for myself resulted in being transferred multiple times over an almost three hour period. When my data finally was transferred from my old device to the new, they were selective at what they chose to “allow” me to have. They decided that certain emails were no longer necessary for my use, and thereby did not place them on my new device. They did, however decide that their gaming options took precedent over me having access to things that I specifically did not delete for my own reasons. If for some reason my account miraculously changes and begins to work for me, I would most definitely change my review. Until then, this is my review and I will continue to try to resolve this to benefit myself.

I was a long time member of US Cellular…
I was a long time member of US Cellular and when it was taken over by T-Mobile the transition for me was a very ugly and trying to speak with their customer service involved LONG hours on my housephone and when I did get an associate there were difficult to comprehend. I had one local associate Scooter at the Madison Heights store who directed me to the main office in Lynchburg and after one of their associates helped me with a phone call to get a release so I could switch carriers. I found this transition from US Cellular, where I received great service for 20 years to T-Mobile very challenging.
Discusting I can elderly contract as brother ill in hospital staff i had to repeat repeat said he was tired ! Nice then charged me rude didn't listen canceled second line dont need stress like these cracking bussiness does care about keeping customers went to Asda cheaper
