This place is a scam place for money! I Ended up paying 800+ dollars and never got my trademark successfully filed. Once they receive your money, you are left by yourself. No update, no follow up. The only emails I got from trademark engine afterwards were advertisements.

My experience was disappointing
My experience was disappointing. I paid approximately $750 for trademark filing services and was left with the impression that I would receive meaningful guidance toward obtaining a trademark registration. Once the USPTO issued an Office Action, I discovered that I was effectively on my own unless I paid additional fees. The initial filing was completed, but the support I expected during the trademark examination process was not included. Small business owners and entrepreneurs should make sure they fully understand what services are covered and what additional costs may arise after filing.

If the USPTO issues an Office Action after filing, assistance with responding to that Office Action is a separate, optional service and fee.
