What is the bad with TuneCore, first dont have human,or any customer service like any scammer company. Don't allow to Spanish speakers register musics that contains the letter Ñ.That is not a decoration it is essential on a day to day life. and can't be change, they don't even care to talk about this matter. The Ñ is widely use in the Spanish language. It is not acceptable that they ignore this when we have to pay a very high price for a membership.🤬🤬🤬🤬

I've been with them since the beginning of the year and have released one song so far, with two more in the pipeline. I have the Premium Plan and the support team is super friendly and even helps with my sometimes layer 8 (lol) questions within a day :) I also think it's great that they are against AI uploads. I messed up the release date for one of my releases. After a quick mail with customer support, before the song was reviewed, I was allowed to change the date and everything was fine again.

Your release date will come and go and there will be no project that you uploaded.And to make matters worse you can not get in touch with them in a reasonable amount of time.Its like you doing business with a company in another dimension.

They claim to ve pro active as soon as you have a prolbme but they takes DAYS to answer to your request, and once they do they are vague and imprecise. For example: I am migrating all my songs from distrokids. Once there is a problem with the matching of the songs, instead of contacting you, and letting you know which is the problem they will just say....." song XX has a problem. If you have previously delivered any of these sound recordings to stores (whether through TuneCore or another distributor), we ask that you please ensure that all release details (e.g., track title, artist name, etc.) match the release details that were previously delivered exactly to ensure that your release is not flagged by stores for accuracy issues." They have that information!!!! Instead of telling you which is the specific problem they stay vague and take days to answer !!!! I cannot imagine what happens with those clients who dont pay for a membership.... good luck!!!

Very slow review process for tracks. It has now been 7 working days since I uploaded my tack for review and it still hasn't been done. I'm also on their "professional plan", but receive no replies to my emails. This company is a joke - Avoid!

I had a problem with the process of getting my songs through the Publishing Administration process. I am happy to say that the customer service response and follow-up was outstanding! Response times, care and attentiveness, as well as final resolution to my specific issues were timely and superb. Top notch!
