I moved my website away from UK2.NET in August this year due to emails not working after their so-called “server migration” earlier in the year. At the same time all of my passwords to access the CPanel (backend of the website) as well as access to support STOPPED WORKING.
My website and emails have been with a completely new provider since August 2025 … and yet… I moved the domain through a formal and legal process.
Well… UK2.net have just debited my account for a renewal of service in spite of repeated emails to their support team. This activity is simply criminal. STAY AWAY from this company. If a response is not received by them in the next 48 hours I will be laying criminal charges with the police.
Been with UK2.net since they started. Excellent value, great service and support is always there. Fast replies, solve the problem and do so in a competent, friendly and efficient way. Highly recommend and wouldn't switch. Reliability and support is so important - problem raised and solved 10am Sunday. That says it all

Its taking over a year, (and not yet completed either) to retrieve my UK2 email account and transfer ownership of the overall account in my bereaved partner's name, to mine. Meanwhile I've been paying for the account! There must be a better way.
Why is it assumed that lay customers should/must/can understand the language and instructions of technology? Staff have tried to help but all correspondence has to be by email rather than a helpful personal phone conversation. 😡

You can mark an email as spam but that doesn't stop further spam emails from the same address,
I'm getting more spam than legitimate emails.
Apparently, you have to do nothing else all day but to manually copy and then go somewhere else - who knows, and then manually block it, then go back and do the same with the next spam al infinitum
