Products ordered 29 Nov 2024 supposedly in stock on Australia. Tracking says order was in Sydney 3rd December - no delivery as of 01 Jan 2025. Eventually have a response to enquiries but no commitment to deliver.

I ordered the Ulanzi product (HP004) on December 12th on a German-language website. I was convinced the product would arrive before Christmas. After placing the order, it turned out that the company planned to ship the product from China. I wrote to the company, informing them that I would be away until mid-January and asked to cancel the order. A representative from Ulanzi informed me in writing that the product should reach me within a maximum of 5 days.
It has now been 18 days since the order was placed. The company has not responded to my last email requesting an update. In the tracking system they provided access to, the product was listed as being shipped by air from Hong Kong on December 18th, but that’s all the information available.
Today, I sent a request for a refund. I’m not sure if this is a scam or a legitimate company, but I recommend looking for other suppliers and avoiding placing orders by Ulanzi!!!
UPDATE
Today, on January 2nd, 2025, more than three weeks after placing my order, Ulanzi informed me that the package will arrive in 5 days. I have already received this information twice before. Additionally, they provided a tracking link. The DHL status remains unchanged for the past two weeks: “The shipment has been registered in the system by the sender.”
I have filed a complaint with the payment operator. Ulanzi’s actions constitute fraud. Upon my request, they refused to issue a refund.

I ordered the liquid for their handheld fog machine over a month ago, and still have not received it. They take forever to answer an email, and multiple times they kept saying "it'll be there in 3-5 days". Fast forward weeks later and still nothing. They sent the tracking number and it said there's been no activity since November 26th. I get that it's a holiday, but it's been nearly a month since then. I was going to record an unboxing and post to Instagram and YouTube, hoping to give a goo review. But after this, absolutely not. And when I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do it. Terrible service. I should've just bit the bullet and purchased the Smoke Ninja. I bet that company has better service

I have bought two Ulanzi TC001 Smart Pixel Watches. Shipment was (relativly) fast. The watch is realy great, but one of them has issues with the display. After contacting the Ulanzi Support, i've got a quick and friendly response and a solution to my problem (they send me a new one).

I recently went looking for a new tripod head for my trusty old Manfrotto and found the Ulanzi Zero Tripod. I have been in this field for 40 years and I have never seen a better-designed tripod, especially the inverted ball head with the rotary "panoramic" stage ON TOP of the ball. Why does every one put this below the ball? You need to level this, and that is what the ball is for (among other things). Other than the ingenius integrated head, the tripod is light, stiff, compact, easy and fast to use (cam locks everywhere), adjustable, and includes a built-in Allen wrench to make the adjustments. Super happy with my purchase. Two more things: they applied my $30-off coupon after my order (for some reason I missed where to enter it at checkout) and when I complained about the tripod being a little late they sent me a tracking number. It ended up arriving that same day.
I have ordered an Ulanzi MT-33 Octopus Tripod and Ulanzi 75mm Macro Phone Lens. Even though I will exchange the lens because it fits previous iPhone models, not iPhone 15 Pro Max, I am happy with my purchase. The Octopus Tripod is high quality and very flexible, which is especially useful for close-ups.
They immediately generate a tracking number and then claim they cant cancel orders because its about to ship. Its been days now and they still haven't shipped anything. There's no reason why it cant be canceled.

The Ulanzi Falcam F22 Dual Quick Release Magic Arm 2548 came incomplete with missing parts. I reached out to customer service and experienced redundant responses, and not addressing the issue at hand. This has been the worst customer service experience. It has now been almost a month and the issue hasn’t been resolved. Buy from Amazon and avoid buying from their website at all costs. You have been warned.
