Really doesn’t matter. Turns out it is cheaper, easier and safer to purchase your products from sellers on platforms like aliexpress than to purchase them directly from you. Being established brand like Ulanzi to say that is great disappointment to be honest. I’ve being purchasing products of yours since 2015-2016 and now is my first time I decided to place my order at your site. For sure it is the last. And by the way - decided to check you German site and order: 1. When I’m not able to pay in USD to avoid currency conversions and 2. To pay in EUR at least and relay on faster delivery. And guess what? I can’t due to 2 reasons. First again euro is being converted. And second and more important - the upgraded (longer version) of the tripod is not listed there. Last but not least you don’t offer any option to input company details regarding VAT. By the way what’s the point of offering PayPal as payment method when as soon as I change the delivery country to Bulgaria it disappears and turns into card payments?!? If I want to use card instead of my PayPal balance - I have such in EUR, USD and GBP. I know how to use them. Long story short: yes, I’ll leave an honest review on trustpilot explaining the things as they are. I know an order for less than $40 doesn’t matter to your brand but I really put an effort into trying to order directly from you. And it turned out you have taken care to make it impossible. And to make sure, despite how I want to buy your products, to quit. Well done! Spent way more time trying to resolve this with you. Way more than it is expected from customer side. Wish you best luck because with that lack of support you will need it. No matter how good are your products out there are other brands making as good as yours or even better. I ordered the zero y on sale - came in two separate packages. After testing the mount on my Fujifilm xt5 I got all these circular scratches on the base of the camera. I tried using electrical tape as a barrier on my camera but the force when tightening the camera onto the mount put further damage on my camera. I sent emails asking for a refund. Sent product back. Product recieved on their end a few days later and still no refund. Had to follow up asking to refund and they asked me if I wanted a new tripod? No - I want a refund. Anyway, summary is the product is good if it works with your camera. Mine got damaged. The customer service is very poor - I think English isn’t their first language and they’re getting confused with requests. I literally had to spell it out several times. It was a very frustrating customer service experience.

I was gifted a DS60 but with a mini bowens mount and all my mounts use full size bowens. I contacted Ulanzi and they quickly responded with the correct insert adapter. Great service and the product is light, portable, practical and of great quality. Looking to buy DS80 next.
I've ordered the Ulanzi MA30 Carabiner-Mounted Phone Tripod on mid of October. Royal Mail had mess it up and gave it to some random person which I don't know who they are. Fortunately Eyre is very helpful and managed to send me another one and I finally got it! The product looks great and solid. The tripod stand very stable even with a phone on it, consider it's light weight and compact size, I would say it is a very good product.
Great product but shipping took forever and it is beyond me why you would ship multiple items in an order separately. I ordered a tripod and a mount for my phone. Still waiting for the mount and being told to wait.. while it is obviously lost. Tracking has not been updated in a week. Be reasonable!

Seller to avoid!! I made an order ULD-38294 on 18/11/24 on web-site Ulanzi.de: 1. Ulanzi 120W Bi-color with EU-plug; 2. Octabox AS-045 On 19/11/24 the octabox was sent, the light with pug-in still today didn't result sent on my account. I wrote four emails to service@@ulanzi.com. First time they answered me "the backpack is out of stock" but I didn't oredered a backpack! The second time the answere was "The light is also on the way with the tracking number..." Yesterday I wrote an another email to ask for confirmation of the COMPLETE SHIPMENT, but this morning I discovered out the EU-PLUG HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED yet at all !!!! Now.... I want to know... HOW COULD I USE A LIGHT WITHOUT THE CABLE TO CONNECT IT??? (this arrival is scheduled for 19/12/24!!!!)
The order was confirmed for 2024,11,20 when I asked whether my order was forgotten, I received an informative answer from ulanzi, that the delivery is expected to happen after 2024,12,28. That means a delay of more than two months.
I had an issue with a product and contacted the customer support. They gave me excellent and fast helped and solved my problem immediately. I can highly recommend the ULANZI products either for private or business customers and will buy the products again. And if there should be a problem, the customer service will provide excellent and individual help.
