Walmart

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Shoppers frequently reported major problems with online orders, including missing items, damaged products, and severe delivery delays that left many consumers completely without their expected purchases. Additionally, customers struggled to get customer support, complaining that representatives were unhelpful, rude, and entirely unresponsive when trying to resolve urgent account complaints. The minority of people were satisfied with helpful staff members who provided polite and professional assistance during their local store visits. Some reviewers also noted fast delivery times and smooth transactions for certain online purchases that successfully exceeded their initial expectations.
