AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Shoppers frequently reported major problems with online orders, including missing items, damaged products, and severe delivery delays that left many consumers completely without their expected purchases. Additionally, customers struggled to get customer support, complaining that representatives were unhelpful, rude, and entirely unresponsive when trying to resolve urgent account complaints. The minority of people were satisfied with helpful staff members who provided polite and professional assistance during their local store visits. Some reviewers also noted fast delivery times and smooth transactions for certain online purchases that successfully exceeded their initial expectations.

Every time I go in to a Walmart I’m…

Every time I go in to a Walmart I’m gang stalked by employees. They will purposely take time up to make me wait. It’s actually quite comical watching them work hard a not helping you. I’ve had them refuse returns telling me this or that then go to a different Walmart and return no problem. It’s disgusting the amount of hate and discrimination their employees dish out. Oh and might I add I’m fully tattooed from neck down and shave my head. How dare I need to shop at a store that basically makes me shop there financially. I mean with food cost where else can I shop for everything I need at one place. Double edge sword I guess.

Long time (ex) customer of walmart.com…

Long time (ex) customer of walmart.com here. Many purchases, very satisfied, UNTIL walmart decided to hire the horrible delivery companies; "gofo" and "yunespress". These are really the same company. They both use routing software that refuses to deliver to private mail boxes, like mine, or other locations that take more than 30 seconds for the gig uber driver to drop off. Worse yet, these company's drivers will then repeatedly post fraudulent delivery failure flags, condemning your packages to death spiral lasting days or weeks! Hours spent on walmart customer service chats, and phone calls; total waste of time. They have absolutely zero intention to solve this problem. They demonstrate utter contempt for this long time loyal customer. No choice except to delete my walmart app, never shop there again! PS: another platform (temu) does permit users to request blacklist of the evil, dishonest "gofo" delivery company. Encourage every one damaged by walmart's abuse to shop there instead!

My groceries were delivered with an…

My groceries were delivered with an oily substance all over everything. Everything had to be thrown out. I would find a different way to get your groceries if you rely on Walmart. They took no accountability for it, and tried to smooth things over with a 23.00 refund, there was over 150 dollars worth of groceries ruined because they get anyone off the street to handle food delivery.

Walmart- where the dregs of humanity work

Walmart should switch/replace it's entire Corporate suite with a bunch of drugged up homeless. Since they think replacement of what is ordered from existing inventory with some crap they want to move off inventory. I REPEATEDLY SAY NO REPLACEMENT. Then when i go to pick up I have the disappointment of an unacceptable product and the dregs of humanity employees...one's that are so stupid they don't cancel the order immediately and want to fight with the customer....Walmart is cheap so is their operations and customer service....I'll never again do online order with these imbisels.

Walmart Store #1804 (Fort Wayne, IN), the worst of the bunch

Walmart stores are not necessary known for good customer services, but the store #1804, located at 1710 Apple Glen Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 really takes the cake. It is probably the worst of the bunch. That is particularly true when it comes to processing returns. Make sure you keep all your receipts, given that their underpaid employees probably don’t keep good tracking records of their inventory of goods. Also, Walmart probably bid for the cheapest inventory management system on the market. By keeping receipts, you avoid and avert very disturbing and unsettling situations. Better yet, don’t buy anything at Walmart, there are much better alternatives just around the corner. If one is in a managerial capacity at a retail store, the assumption is that they should be very good with customer service. At the aforementioned Walmart store, my experience on 07/13/2026 attests that this is not the case -- at least, not at Walmart stores. Not only will you be subject to disturbing and unsettling situations there, but if you roll your eyes as a natural response, the psycho female manager is going to portray a hysterical reaction and ask you to leave the store. Nobody should have to deal with such unnecessary distress and disturbances in life, much less for such small things due to a company’s incompetence and inability to account for the items they themselves sell. The most absurd part of it all is that the items in question (3 identical items) are Walmart-exclusive store-brand items therefore could only have been purchased through Walmart. Adding to the aggravation is the fact that one also has to deal with a low-life and low-level female psycho store manager, making for a truly disturbing and distressful situation that nobody should ever experience. Truly the worst Walmart store I have visited. To be avoided and averted at all costs. Anyone who has been subject to such an obtuse and obnoxious situation should file a complaint with the "Attorney General: Consumer Protection Division", other appropriate regulatory agencies, the Better Business Bureau, and possibly seek legal remedies and redress. Shop at Amazon.com or Meijer . Customer service at Amazon is second to none. This Walmart store, on the other hand, is a total disgrace.

Libel and Illegal Banking Violations

Walmart Superstore #5743 (4500 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh NC 27603) committed a severe double-processing error on Check #2484, manually running a paper check in the correct amount after already clearing it electronically in an inaccurate amount without first clearing the incorrect transaction (unauthorized duplicate transaction in violation of Federal EFTA/ Regulation E). When my bank correctly reversed the unauthorized original electronic charge while clearing the later correct manual one, Walmart's automated systems negligently flagged the inaccurate electronic charge as an "unpaid debt." This inaccurate reporting constitutes an actionable data furnishing violation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), triggering a groundless collection action via TRS Recovery Services and blocking my check-writing access nationwide. This unlawful payment restriction wrongfully blocked my preferred method of payment for over a month and caused immense public humiliation when my check was rejected at a completely unrelated retailer. Although TRS (File #661683) eventually formally admitted in writing to a direct "merchant error," Walmart Corporate Executive Escalations (File #260624-007030) flatly refused to cover my physical out-of-pocket tracking costs, offering only a pitiful $75 store gift card that simply routes money back into their own pockets. Because state small claims court rules do not allow self-represented citizens to recover compensation for their personal time, Walmart successfully used local legal loopholes to escape accountability for the 10+ hours of exhausting labor I spent researching appropriate avenues to pursue for resolution, auditing bank records, redacting personal documents, mailing a certified package, reaching out to the Walmart Escalation Team, tracking and responding to emails, and filing and tracking both Federal CFPB (File #260606-33770782) and State Attorney General (File #2026-178499) complaints to clear my libeled and defamed name. Walmart used an industry-wide data violation to disrupt my life, then relied on corporate loopholes to avoid making it right.

screwed by walmart no wonder have a terrible rating

ordered tv for delivery right near my house from 1 to 2 pm, 6 hours later saying will be by ten pm because their contractor cancelled the pu, would have to wait 10 days to get my refund so have to wait up till 10 pm and who knows if that will happen and whether it will even be delivered undamaged since walmarts contractors suck, this is unacceptable in every way.

Disrespectful

They wouldn’t let me enter my credit card number as I order because I was a Walmart member + which I pay an annual fee up front. They insisted I had to have a credit card number in my wallet. The sole purpose of which to charge me again when my membership for the year would end. I was told by my bank not to have a credit card in wallet to help avoid fraud. I couldn’t make them understand this and when I canceled my membership they had me wait on the phone while they said a supervisor would come on after waiting for 45 minutes I hung up. Amazon does not disrespect their customers like this and now if I need anything food or whatever Amazon has my business for it all.

One star is too much!!

One star is too much!!! I'd give negative stars if I could and judging from these reviews, walmart doesn't care. We all need to stop shopping at this jacked up non sense! Every single online order is wrong or delayed or cancelles for no reason. Just had to place the same order twice to have it not get delivered twice and now they are holding up my money for the refund for the same order x2 for 10 days and I just got hung up on by their customer service department in India because they have zero answers and only an I'm sorry we can't do anything about it. Screw walmart that's why I don't even shop there in person anymore! Everything is trash from the lack of help in store to the poor customer service for online orders and they outsource everything, even the AI is like the least helpful version of AI you could ever use!! They don't care of they rip you off or inconvenience you, but you better scan those items correctly!!! They're watching to make sure grandma doesn't steal any of those TV dinners!!!! Walmart is pathetic!!!

Customer Service don't know order status, can't resolve any issue

Never ordered by TV for $16k. Customer service makes no effort to cancel the order, no idea what the order status are. Can do refund, keep refer to any other department. They have no idea what happen to the order. Refuse to give refund. keep saying an confirmation email is coming for any issues, but no email ever show up? just keeping it short, just buy from Amazon.com, you will have a much better experience.

Bad point of sale systems

It doesn't matter what store I go to in the Salt Lake City Utah area 7 out of 10 times the card reader has errors, and we have to move lanes sometimes only once but sometimes twice to get a card reader that actually works. They spend millions in remodeling stores but nothing on updating their payment systems.

Brookhaven MS Walmart supercenter…

I live in Brookhaven Ms and the Walmart supercenter here is really bad. They are always out of so many products that you have to go to a different grocery store and pay more.I was in there yesterday to get groceries and the only big bag of sugar they had was one bag that was opened. They really need to do better especially since we have a Walmart DC here too. They had the 32oz Hawaiian Punch for $1.00 , yesterday they didn't have any Hawaiian Punch of any size.I really hate that store but I live off a small SSI so I have to shop there cause I can't afford the other grocery stores here.

Repeatedly screwed up orders

For the past 6 orders I've placed with Walmart, EVERY ONE has delivered wrong. Missing something, being left in plastic security box. They cant do anything right. I just had an order delivered for 3 pairs of pants and 3 shirts, and I only get the pants. GET RID OF WALMART AND BRING K-MART AND TARGET BACK ON THE MARKET!!!

Walmart employees are extemely rude and have no manners.

I try to shop in their store but they are more interested in people filling online orders than they are respecting people that are in the store to shop for their needs. The people pushing around carts are (to put it mildly RUDE!). I was in the store yesterday picking out a twelve pack of soda. I was about to reach for the one I wanted and 2 Walmart associates walked in front of me (rudely) and went by. I said excuse me and one of them turned around and said "what did you say?" and I said "normally when people cut in front of you they say excuse me" and the person turned around and kept going without ever saying a word or sorry. My wife always says "manners NEVER go out of style". The gentleman next to me who saw it happen said "that's pretty common here...they were probably born after 2000". I don't care if it is cheaper to shop at Walmart or not...I am going to stop going to a place that the employees are rude. I would rather go to a store and pay more that appreciates my business...than one that does not care for my business and is only interested in making as much profit as possible...that wants me to get out of their way while doing it. Walmart needs to go back to basics and treat ALL customers as valued and not in the way or as just another buck. This is not the first time it has happened...lately it happens all the time with this type of behavior. It obviously is Walmart policy as much as it happens ...pushing employees to hurry up and get it done... regardless of common courtesy and respect for in-store customers.

Straight theft

Straight theft. I ordered some Nacho Cheese Doritos and they didn't give me them. I go and tell them this and they said due to Walmart policies, even though I didn't receive the item and paid for it, they still can't give me my money back. If this isn't theft, then I don't know what is. Just because you're a corporate, doesn't give you the right to steal from me. Next time I go to Walmart, I'll get my money back one way or another. Pokemon cards I guess.
