After thinking Xtractor Depot lied, I have discovered that their 3rd party vendor "Across" baited this transaction with phony claims of next day shipping. Stephanie, I apologize for getting angry and I appreciate your follow through on this. We will work together to make sure this gets made right and doesn't happen to anyone else.

Hi Bryan,
Thank you very much for communicating with me on this issue. I truly appreciate your patience and willing to work with me on this matter as we wait for a resolution from Across International. I can assure you I will get this handled first thing in the New Year as promised from AI.
Thank you again!
Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Xtractor depot rocks! The team over there in San Bernardino are soo friendly and helpful. Every time you open those doors your greeted w a smile and treated with respect. Coming from a rookie extractor with anxiety levels through the roof I always feel comfortable doing business with these guys!👍😎👍

We truly appreciate it!

Ordered a SS Buchner funnel. Good product at a good price. Online order was not smooth. Did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. Could not print receipt (for business credit card reconciliation). Called 3 times (and left a message) to confirm order and get receipt. No call back. Funnel showed up one week later.
Update. Issue resolved. Customer Service has reached out and supplied all the necessary paperwork.
