Best place for dry ice and all the essentials. The San berdo location always opens up nice and early so I try and get in before the rush. Everyone always super helpful and and they make sure you get what you need for the job at hand.

Its been 2 weeks and i have no tracking number and or obviously no bags.
Horrible customer service. I order a part for my short path and after 3 weeks I still haven't received it. Try to contact customer service on their 20k defective short path they sold to us, and their response is we're not in the service of losing money your warranty had pass we can't help you plus we no longer make parts for your machine. Across International sale the same thing much more professional and willing to stand behind their product.

Lack of communication. I had to reach out to the company to see why my product hadn't shipped. It was because they miscalculated the shipping and needed more money. they then waited 3 days after to actually ship. Customer service was rude and not helpful. I will NEVER use this site again.

FedEx messed my order up never got it then called you guys ordered more but you did not send it until the following week when I said I needed it shipped ASAP and they said they would send it out that day And I still never got my money back for the lost product so you have stolen $515.00
Hi Erin, As we discussed on the phone a few times already Fedex has lost the package and a claim has been filed for it. The replacement package was shipped out with the same shipping method as the original package (free shipping). Unfortunately expedited shipping was not paid for and not brought to our attention until after the package already left our facility. Your money has NOT been stolen, in fact you were specific and told us not to issue the refund and to issue a replacement order for you and that is exactly what was done to remedy the situation. Please check your email to see that a replacement order was issued to you. Thanks
