Did not receive the brass nuts in our order initially. However, Jessica helped me out immediately and we got the shipment sent out right away. Thanks Jessica for your excellent customer service efforts.

Company is easy to deal with ships your…

Company is easy to deal with ships your in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. On a side note , XTractor Depot would be better served using UPS and NOT Fed Ex.

Everytime I've dealt with xtractor…

Everytime I've dealt with xtractor depot they help me when I need it and explain the products when I have questions. Last order I made a mistake about when to ship my products. The customer service representative fixed my problem with the quickness making me look like the hero. They go above and beyond every time.

I am impressed with the service & my product. Jessica helped me because I had a bit of hard time with my payment and she went above and beyond, she was very friendly and helpful. She sent me the tracking information and I was happy to know where my product was along the route. You guys exceeded my expectations. Crc parts are worn and beat up with…

Crc parts are worn and beat up with gouges in the metal.. not impressed. They look like they are used parts to be honest.. for the money I spent here I should have gone somewhere else I'm feeling now.
