As a loyal patreon, I am calling upon you to pay Lee Asher any fees that are owed to him for services that he provided to you.
We all love Lee and the Asher House. It would be a grave mistake not to pay him. We are a loyal, tight and strong community of animal lovers. But we do not like dishonest people or companies. Should you not remit to him the fees that are owed, I am certain that we all would make it our duty to let the entire community of animal lovers know, through Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and local neighborhood social media sites, that your company is not one that they would want to deal with. Also, never underestimate " word of mouth". Animal lovers are usually "People Lovers" and social animals. We are the original influencers.
Come on, guys. Do the next right thing! Pay Lee, and perhaps, we can begin to " sing your praises".

Do not trust this business! They are not honoring an agreement to pay a non-profit organization (The Asher House Sanctuary in Oregon) for promoting @yourfuzzy veterinary insurance plans. The promotion was done several months ago. As of this date, no payment has been made to the sanctuary as promised. If they don't pay their promoter/advertisers, how will they handle your pet insurance claims? Do you want to take a chance with your pets insurance/health? DO NOT PATRONIZE @YOURFUZZY! Boycott them till they pay their promoters/advertisers?
Your Fuzzy is an unscrupulous company that cares for their bank account more than for your pets. They contract with well known NONPROFIT animal sanctuaries ( specifically The Asher House Animal Sanctuary) to represent their products and have the NONPROFITS community give them business and in return, REFUSE to pay the agreed amount for services rendered. They get advertising, business and exposure to tens of thousands animal lovers and the again, NONPROFIT get ZERO. This is out and out theft and fraud. Doing business with this shady company is only lining their pockets and endorsing their criminal activities.

If there is one joy in life, it is the love given by our animals whether dogs cats etc. Nobody has been more supportive to these babies than Lee Asher from his oranization, Asher House. This is a non profit group in Oregon. Through the tireless work of Mr.Asher, who is driven by his life's calling, has been able to care for the animals thrown away and abused by the dregs of the world. It apears that "your fuzzy" has shown themselves to be part of the trash in our universe by not upholding
their contract with Mr. Asher. They refuse to pay money owed him for work done.
So there it is people, who would you chose to handle your cherished animals? Seems apparent! Luckily you have the choice dump "your fuzzy"!
Dr.NatalieD Best Veterinarian Ever & affordable pet care
The night before I found Fuzzy I spent a ridiculous amount of money for a emergency vet visit. Unexpected and after 5pm means hundreds of dollars for 20mins. I needed a follow up the next day and everything everywhere was booked otherwise it would be considered a emergency but I didn't have hundreds for another "emergency" visit. Then I found a online vet that does prescriptions too! I checked the website and thought NO WAY. I tried the $25 one time visit and Holy guacamole YES WAY!! The intake technician was very knowledgeable and understanding less than 10mins I was connected to Dr.NatalieD and she was amazing. All of my worries stopped she was able to get a significant amount of information with simple instructions I followed by holding Yubari and letting her completely check him out. Unlike most veterinarian visits I didn't feel rushed,she explained step by step what my cat needed, and what I needed to be aware of. Plus added bonus Dr.NatalieD is one of the best vets I've had the pleasure of meeting in years, I felt she cared about Yubari the same if he were her own cat, and that is a rare feature pet health care. If other vets at Fuzzy are half as good as Dr.NatalieD then you're pet will be in great hands. I will be and already have begun to recommend Fuzzy to friends and family. This feels like a secret or some kind of fever dream..too good to be true. It's not! My cat has a whole treatment plan and if I have questions along the way they can be answered without breaking the bank. Too often pets go without care because the prices of a basic issue can be unaffordable. It's unacceptable and Fuzzy will be saving many pets life's. If you need a vet seriously use Fuzzy and if you get Dr.NatalieD then you're going to know she will give your pet the absolute best care possible.
Vet video is great, medications are very very expensive
The vet video portion was very professional and helpful. The pharmacy has to be Contacted Continually to get an update on your medications and where your medications are tracking wise. I was told via text that Fuzzy is saving people money but we were charged $51 for $6.79. Eye drops. We were charged $31 for 3 pills which sell for less than $12 which never arrived in time to help our ailing cat. After writing Fuzzy I was told that Fuzzy encourages customers to grab your prescription and source them yourself for a better price. But that statement only came after we had already paid and complained about the exorbitant prices. No where does the fact of requesting your prescription appear on their website nor was it offered to us. Fuzzy claims
Chewy won't except their prescriptions. We were told that if we tried to fill the prescription it would only delay receiving our prescription. Whats going on you say? $$$$
After looking at the reviews it appears Fuzzy pharmacy is having major shipping and pricing issues. This only impacts what is working right, which is the vet video department. FYI grab your prescription and do yourself a favor. We requested a refund. We will update this at a later time and date. Lets see if customer service steps in. Thank you. Had video consult. Paid extra for expedited meds for dog to arrive following evening and they did not so dog suffers another 24 hrs and my extra money is wasted. If they can’t get the medication to you in a timely fashion then I don’t see how they’re useful. I will not use them again.
Absolutely terrible, tried this company instead of having to reschedule a very visit for a commmin medication for allergies. What a s*** show. Wrong prices, wrong addresses, shipping the wrong product , taking days to get a needed prescription and there was still an error. This place is beyond words. Please use caution when dealing with this business , they smile in your face while stabbing you in the back.
Scam. Waited for 5 hours for the text from the vet. The vet did text me BUT the text had NO sound so I missed the appt. Easy way to make $25 off someone who is anxiously waiting with a sick pet. Shame on you!
On hold for a long time. Gave up and just ordered a med from Amazon. I thought this would be an easy and inexpensive way to chat with a vet about a probable eye infection in my dog. A waste of $25, I think. They must employ one vet.
What a disappointment. Medicine took 5 days to come after I had EMERGENCY with my cat. The only reason I connected with this jokers was because I have a newborn and don’t have any help. Week later over $100 short I have only one type of meds the other once I haven’t even got… so upset with them.
I have done business with vetster before so I know how these apps work but fuzzy was AMAZING! The nurse takes your info initially so you have more time with the vet. I waited 10 minutes to see the vet, so idk what's up with all the people complaining about time. The vet spent 30 minutes with me and my cat, was extremely informative, personable and very kind. I had a wonderful experience and received the treatment and medications for my cat that she needs. I'm going through the delivery process now but it seems to be moving right along and the prices are reasonable. At $15 for unlimited visits I'm a very happy camper!
They make you wait for long periods of time, longest 1hour 20 minutes. I have to call back because I had to leave and they don’t make appointments. They have you use their pharmacy. $49.99 for amoxi drop when you can get on chewy $16.99. Onsior $31.99 to $10.45 on Chewy. You can’t get it from Chewy through them because chewy says they are not a verified veterinarian.
I paid my $30 and have been on hold for over 2 hours!!! They leave me in que and when I come to the top, they disconnect me! Don’t do it! Save your money if you’re not going for the subscription. They took my $30 and never help with my pet emergency! I’ll have to go pay a real vet now!!!! Disappointed
Do not use. Just go to a vet. I spent 7 hours waiting in line then my dog was misdiagnosed and given the wrong medicine. When I asked for a different medication I had to repay for my visit and waited in line again. The medicine was very expensive the first one was 65 and the second 85. I'm still waiting on my second script to come in the mail. Next time I will just go to the vet and get my meds that day. Fuzzy has potential but it's not there yet.
I have a 110lb Cane Corso that refuses to get in the car, and if you do get her in she poops EVERYWHERE. At the end of every winter her ears get so inflamed generally I can treat them at home. Not this time. I just happened to come across fuzzy in a Google search for a at home visit from a vet. The initial set up was easy, but the initial wait was long, like overnight long. Which you get notified throughout your wait. After work the next day I got back on the chat, and i was seen fairly quickly. We did a zoom call, she looked over Luna. She was very nice and professional. She prescribed her 2 medications. One that will be delivered Monday and 1 can pick up at Walmart today. The whole thing was a pretty great experience, I didn't have to fight with Luna to get her in the car. I didn't have to pay a vet to come here, who knows what that would be. The whole visit cost 138 dollars. Obviously this isn't for life threatening situations but for common things it's great!
I had an excellent experience with fuzzy.com. Still trying to recover financially from the pandemic and don't have money for big vet bills. Fuzzy.com was a blessing! Dr. Pickett was very helpful and explained everything. My kitty has an aural hematoma and needed a compounded steroid - not easy to find! Eve in customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find the medication from a company that would ship overnight rather that getting it from fuzzy, which would have taken a few days. I am very pleased with the experience I had with this company.
