Waste of Time with No Support

Was told I had to wait in a long lead time Que in order to have a vet see my dog for a prescription. Was told it was a six hour wait and had to look for a text to connect so I worked from home. After close to 12 hours the text came with a small window ( it was around midnight) and of course I was already asleep so it was missed. I immediately reached back out when I woke up around 3 am and they told me I could try again the next day 6am PST which is 9am for me. So much for 24/7. Such a waste of time. I do not recommend Fuzzy.

Long wait. Won’t call for Zoom call.

Called. Got Vet tech. Told her issues of cat. She transferred me to Vet queue. I asked how long. Four to 5 hours. I then waited. They don’t call you. They will only alert you by text. I missed the text. Wow. Another 4-5 hours. I will try a different online vet. Maybe I’ll have better experience.

They used to be decent but have stopped allowing you to make appointments. Instead they expect you to wait in chat for hours until a vet becomes available. They claim they send you a text message when someone becomes available - not true. Tried many times.

Money greater than urgency

I called because my pup had a bladder infection / UTI. I made it very clear that she was in discomfort and stress, and after multiple attempts to speak with a vet through the app (the multiple drops were another annoyance!) I was finally able to speak with a vet, who walked me through a virtual consult and confirmed the issue. If anyone's ever had a Urinary Tract infection (UTI) you know how painful and miserable it is. I was assured that the meds she needed would be expedited and shipped, (and I paid for that expedited shipping!) - to my dismay and annoyance, the meds were shipped 2 BUSINESS day FedEx, and won't arrive until 4 days into her symptoms. 4 days. I had been told that Fuzzy.Com was a great alternate to an expensive Urgent Care visit (and to be honest, finances were the ONLY reason I didn't go to one... that's another topic for another time) - but boy was that wrong. The vets do care, but the business side of things makes very clear that they will not ship things any faster, whether it's urgently needed or not. Stay clear of this company. Henley, the pupster, agrees.

The entire purpose of my call was to…

The entire purpose of my call was to get a prescription for kennel cough. My dog has had kennel cough several times before and is otherwise healthy with no vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms. The process took about an hour from inception to the point of seeing a vet via FaceTime call, who then briefly looked at his gums, ears, and belly skin. Upon looking at those the vet said that he had kennel cough and said she would get a prescription called in that we could pick up sometime this week. My rebuttal was the whole reason I called was to get him help sooner than later (today is Sunday), and that I wasn’t going to have an emergency vet appointment for kennel cough. Was hoping for nothing more than a prescription. The vet, who had zero interpersonal connection or what I would call “give a (can’t use curse words so) hoot”offered to send me to their accounting department for a refund. Quite frankly, this company is a money grab targeting people who don’t actually care for their pets health as opposed to the vigilant pet owner protecting their companions needs. They’re after low hanging fruit if you will. I refused the refund and hung up, and I hope the $20 they received from my family is well worth the negative review you’re reading now. Steer clear and go to your local vet or a source that is trustworthy, because these folks are not.

Horrible customer service.

Fuzzy charged my card for a subscription I had written to cancel. No one answered me back when I wrote in. I asked to cancel again when I was charged and no reply. Finally two days after my order shipped, they answered my saying there was nothing they could do. I showed them a screenshot proving that I had tried multiple times to contact them. A manager, Phylilis A wrote me back with the same repeated "policies" that seemed to only apply when it helped them. Since my pets are passed away and this is my rent money but they didn't seem to care. Do no use Fuzzy

A huge scam.

Honestly felt targeted after I paid for this. Specifically paid because all the nearby vets were closed and my girl needed a prescription. They make a big deal about advertising they can give a prescription for your pet, come to found out after the fact that my state is not eligible. After speaking to a vet tech (not a vet), she recommended some over the counter products that I could find myself on google. The whole chat took about an hour when it could’ve been over in less than 5 minutes.

Meds don't work, Billing Sam

Meds don't work. Fuzzy plays games when attempting to cancel subscriptions. Beware, fuzzy does not send confirmation email when cancel. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES UPDATE. Now fuzzy is fighting my less than positive review. Apparently "trust"pilot works with companies to clean up $$$ the unfavorable reviews. "Trust"Pilot is a scam too!

I accidentally pushed sad face on my doctor. SO IM WRITTING THIS REVIEW!. Dr. Bryce Z was a amazing doctor . Was super knowledgeable and helpful for my senior puggle. Very professional as well. I feel terrible I didn't see the rating pop up and rated wrong. I will definitely use this service again , my doctor couldn't get her in for 2 more months and being almost 9 months pregnant sitting for hours at a emergency vet for antibiotics was going to be alot for me

This app was super helpful

This app was super helpful. We had a non emergency but still concerning situation on a weekend evening. Emergency rooms would not take the case and regular vet offices would not open for over 24 hours. I subscribed to Fuzzy as a last resort. It was so helpful, I had intake with a vet tech and moved onto a DVM whom I video chatted with. She was able to diagnose and treat the problem via video chat and my dog is feeling relief until we can go to our primary care vet. I am so glad I have this subscription now (I have 2 dogs)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I stumbled upon this app because I needed questions about my Autumn since we had to go to the emergency vet clinic today but the vet was not as helpful as I thought they would, unfortunately they just handed medication with out proper instructions(which made me nervous).. so I googled everything(of course who wouldn’t) but I came across Fuzzy, so I downloaded this app and I came across Jamie who HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY she literally reassures me and gave so much information about what medication my Autumn is taking and what to look out for and also provided links for her current condition, I really can’t thank her enough and what really made this experience great she requested I do a follow up with her just to see how Autumn is doing. I can’t thank her enough! Jamie great service great information and over all wonderful service! round of applause to you Jamie! Thank you.

Fantastic Service!

LJ was extreme helpful with diagnosing my stray kittens age, eye and nose gunk, and giving me the necessary products I need to help nurse my kitten back to health. I wanted to try this out for the free trial but I will definitely be getting the yearly subscription!
