The carved wooden statue of a woman and a dog is one of the most simple but beautiful pieces we have come across. It is quite emotive and clearly represents what it set out to do which is the love of a human being for a dog. In this instance our amazing, loving 14 year old vizsla and my wife. I should really purchase the man and the dog as well. This was a fabulous gift at Christmas and a tearful one. Beautifully made and an amazing gift at anytime. Thank you
This was a birthday gift for my wife as she loves to walk our dog every day when possible. She loves her new Youkon Design "girl with dog" wood sculpture. I sprayed the wood with some Orange Oil so now the wood is hydrated and won't be inclined to crack. Y.D's Customer Service is Top Notch, I won't hesitate to order again.
I order a small wooden ornament and a paw print key ring from this company. The quality of the wooden ornament was excellent and beyond my expectations. The customer service I received when I thought they gad forgotten to include the little paw print was first class and immediate response to my question. It was my error and indeed it had been included I just missed it. I will be ordering again for gifts from this company. I was very impressed with quality and inventory choices.
Firstly, fab designs! My family loved them as a Christmas gift. Secondly, when the delivery company ‘lost’ the parcel they were able to help resolve the problem and quickly sent out replacements, doing everything they could to ensure gifts arrived in time. Customer service also so helpful. Highly recommend!
The wood figure was exactly as pictured, reasonably priced and a great gift for that person you know who has everything, but didn't know she needed this! She loved it as it is unique and close to her heart as a dog person.
Yukon is such a wonderful outfit. I’ve ordered several of their items as gifts and they’ve all been well received. One friend commented that it was one of the first things that went into the new house. The sizes of the carvings are small and perfect as a gift. If you have a problem with anything you get an immediate response which, in most cases, is not the norm. Great business!

When my parcel wasn't delivered and the carrier were regarding it as lost, Yukon followed things up....the parcel was later delivered safely. Importantly Yukon responded to my email . I felt listened to.

Complete scam. Been a month since ordered. "Martin" said mix up in shipping with first order. Will send out new order asap. Never happened. Stole $35. My response to your post: I've already had numerous back an forth emails with you. I've provided my order number and email. You said you would send out a new order, and provide the tracking number. Never sent me any information about my new order. Other posts from customers on trustpilot, have the same issues. Ordered from Pawfect House instead. Delivered in 2 days, half the price, no issues. In December we were affected by a USPS handover issue, where our shipping handler mixed labels and some parcels were misrouted or never delivered. I ordered two of the handmade door stoppers direct from the Yukon Design Studio website, the rat and lizard designs. To say the product is disappointing is an understatement. While I appreciate that there may be variability with handmade products, the minimum expectation is surely that the product resembles the design as pictured on the website in terms of size, shape, and general appearance. None of this was the case for the products I received. Furthermore, the door stoppers are extremely light, and would serve no functional purpose in keeping doors open. The quality of the crochet is also very poor, with the stuffing clearly visible. Customer service is a disgrace, I contacted the company, including pictures of the products, twice in 12 days before receiving any response, and when they did reply they told me to follow the instructions on the Returns Page. This was pointless, as the Returns Page states "To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number". I have sent three follow up emails in the three weeks since requesting this and have still received no response.

This place is a joke. I ordered 3 items on December 10, 2025 and as of January 7, 2026 I have not received them. Of course, they took my money right away. The communication from them is very poor, and when someone from there actually communicates, it's to offer up some lame excuse. Forget about tracking the shipment--each time I checked, the information differed from before, and now there is no tracking information at all. The Delaware Attorney General and the FTC need to know about these scammers.

I ordered the boy and long haired dog carving when I saw it advertised on the Guardian website. It immediately reminded me of my son and his King Charles spaniel. It arrived with a lovely velvet storage bag, and is superb quality, it looks wonderful in my son’s bedroom window and he is delighted with it. I can highly recommend this company for excellent service and a quality product.
