About this business
Documents shouldn't be the part of your day that slows everything down. Whether you're filling out a form, drafting a contract, or just trying to convert a PDF without installing software, the tools built for that work are often more complicated than the task itself. Zendocs is a document platform for people who need to get paperwork done today — from individuals handling a one-off form to small teams managing contracts, agreements, and PDFs every week. You shouldn't need a lawyer or specialist software to finish a document, generate a contract, or share a file that looks right. With Zendocs, you can: Fill PDF forms with a guided, field-by-field flow, complete with date pickers, signature capture, and photo upload. Generate legal agreements — NDAs, leases, employment contracts, service agreements — by answering a few structured questions in our Agreement Wizard, with e-signing built into the flow. Edit, convert, merge, split, compress, and OCR PDFs in your browser, on any device. Work solo or collaborate inside shared workspaces, with roles for owners, admins, and members, and the option to share documents externally with people who don't have an account. What we believe: Paperwork should take minutes, not hours. If a step is confusing, that's our problem to fix. The same tool should work for one person or a whole team — no separate setup, no enterprise overhead. Mobile and desktop should both work — start on your phone, finish on your laptop. Feedback shapes the product. We read what users tell us and use it to decide what to build next.

I converted a PDF to DOCX
I converted a PDF to DOCX, and the result was absolutely terrible. The formatting was completely destroyed, making the document practically unusable. What makes this even worse is that I wasn't even given the chance to review the converted file before being forced to pay. Charging customers without allowing them to verify the quality of the conversion is unacceptable. This was, without question, one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a document conversion service. I paid for something that simply didn't work, and I feel completely misled. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Over compression compromises readability
The document, my passport bio page, was heavily compressed to an extent that it was not readable, hence I could not use it for anything. Maybe Zendocs needs an internal smart reader to determine whether the compression makes sense. Readability of documents must come first and should be prioritized over fewer bytes.
