Refund for my cancellation!
Dear Zendocs Administrator, I am a customer who registered for and subscribed to Zendocs using the email address I am sending this message from. Around June 19th, my wife and I used your service just once to edit a PDF document. At that time, the payment page indicated a one-month fee of approximately 4,000 to 5,000 KRW(USD 3~4$). However, upon checking my credit card statement today, I discovered that Zendocs has charged me over 20,000 KRW(USD 15~16$) in total under a recurring subscription format. I cancelled my subscription just before. I have received the cancellation confirmation email sent by your team. It is unreasonable that there was no clear, noticeable notice stating that this was a recurring subscription or that charges would continue to occur when I used the service. Yet, in just a little over a month, over 20,000 KRW has already been billed. Regardless of the size of the Korean market or whether Zendocs is a large enterprise or a small business, I believe a company should treat consumers with honesty and fairness. I have reviewed your refund policy and understand that refunds are granted at the company's discretion. If your company aspires to earn consumer trust and succeed as an honest business in the long run, I kindly request a refund for the extra charges incurred (keeping only the fee for the first month). I hope your decision reflects the ethical standards of your company. Thank you.
