Zendocs support about cancelation subscription which was never confirmed
I asked Zendocs support about my case: On 19th May they charge me twice 0.50 € direct to my credit card.On 26th May they directly charge me first time 39,99 €, on 23rd June they charge me second time 39,99 €, on 21st July they charge me third time 39,99 €, on 23 rd July I asked for repayment and they confirm repayment but it happened that they CHARGED AGAIN 3 TIMES my credit card !! I NEVER confirm any subscriptions with Zendocs - they abuse my credit card! When I asked again for immediate response about repayment, I did not get any replay-so becouse of their scam actions I was forced to block my credit card. I searched for an online PDF conversion…
I searched for an online PDF conversion service & found Zendocs. They offered me a one off for £1 so I did that. A charge appeared for £0.50 so I was fooled into a false sense of security. 2 days later another £0.50 charge went through but I was not alerted by Paypal, presumably as a previous payment was unchallenged & it was a little amount. Without my knowledge or approval they have subscribed me for £29.99 a month. This is unethical if not illegal & I have closed the account immediately. Fortunately I used Paypal for payment. Beware you may get charged a lot more than expected
