I worked with them for my 2025 return because they promised me they could turn around in 10 business days after submitting my documentation. It took them 20 business days to even open the file and assign me somebody. I also found numerous errors in the returns they created for me, which would have undoubtedly resulted in me being audited. Ultimately, did not save any time and was an unsatisfactory expeirence.
