Overall good. For the Phone app, you need to have widgets that I can put on my desktop to start and stop trips.It would go a lot quicker. Also a scan receipt widget would be nice.

First, they call me three times without answering back then when they do, they were in mid sentence and when I found out what it was about, they told me it was about the ECE and that was it and I needed to speak with somebody else. I told them I was busy with my workday and it needs to be quick. I got transferred to somebody else who started telling me about all kinds of other things and when I said whoa whoa wow this was supposed to be about ECE. I just wanna know what it is. They wanted me to get on a video call and I told him how busy I was and that he’s not getting to the point and asking him what an ECE was. He still never really explained it to me even though it had nothing to do with me or my business license. Then he told me that I was being rude because I was starting to get agitated and raising my voice I’m in the middle of my workday. And he proceeded to hang up on me. I will never do business with this company. I will never recommend anybody do business with this company.

My experience was great! Steven Saunders called me and helped me understand my business taxes better. He was very patient and nice. The service they offer is definitely pricey but it may be worth it if you have a successful business. I haven’t actually gotten the service yet but the consultation was wonderful.

I came on to this first call an anxious mess, having just set up a new LLC with Scorp designation, still not having a bookkeeping software, and needing to find a CPA knowledgeable in our industry of trucking. Wary a bit that it's not a local "brick & mortar" accounting firm, but, this is the way the world is moving towards, so we're giving it a whirl.
