Many people genuinely appreciate the quick onboarding process and helpful assistance provided by responsive staff members when getting started.
However, some customers also noted frustrating experiences regarding unresponsive support teams and rigid annual subscription billing terms. You replied on my previous review i have to reach out Aircall’s customer support. How can you say that when your customer support experience has been the worst I’ve ever encountered? I tried several times to reach out, and instead of assisting me, your team blocked my number without even hearing my concerns or providing any explanation. Not only did you block my account, but you also charged a fraudulent payment in advance.
Let me guess.... The developers aren't making decisions, it's the no-clue executives, right?
This app keeps updating all the wrong things. You're getting used to the new UI? Tough luck, they're gonna update again and make it more confusing.
Oh, it was easy to access your transcripts and records before? Too bad, they made it so inaccessible that even getting into the pentagon is easier. What a joke of a product. If we weren't forced by our company to use this, I'd really never ever ever use this

Hi Vaughn, and thank you for your feedback. We understand that frequent updates and changes can be an adjustment, and we’re always working to balance innovation in the Aircall user interface with ease of use. Our aim is to enhance the app’s functionality and user experience, and recognize that not every change lands perfectly.
Your feedback about the UI and accessibility of features is valuable, and we’ll take it into account for future updates. Thanks again for your input.
Scammy pricing (quote per license, charge for 3 minimum, it's deliberately obfuscated in the pricing page), product didn't activate for 30 minutes, email to cancel. 1 hour wasted, super frustrated honestly.

Hi Baptiste, and thank you for taking the time to share this review with us. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with activation and our pricing structure.
For clarity, Aircall’s pricing page does note the three-license minimum requirement, and you can view the full breakdown of plans and included features here: https://aircall.io/pricing/.
Your feedback is valuable, and I’ll be sharing it with our internal teams for review. Thanks again for providing your input.
Fairly sure this company is a fraudulent scam from top to bottom. We received a hefty 4-figure bill halfway into our year contract out of the blue. Turns out our account was "compromised" and 5 seats were added to our subscription without our consent. The resolution? Sorry, that sucks, we're keeping your money. Who is taking the time out of their day to add seats to a VOIP account? No one. They're hoping you wont notice and even if you do, you're out the money. Reported to the FTC as a fraudulent organization.

They charged us and they terminated our account without any reasons given. When we started they were so polite at that time but after terminating they blocked our numbers and charged a invoice without our permission and Upon contacting them to reactivate they're not even listening to us. I hope we can get a response from them. Please respond!!!

Hi Hashim, and thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. My colleagues tried looking up your account and could only find a trial account from April 2024 that did not upgrade. Could you please send the email address and phone number associated with your account to [email protected] so that we can investigate? Thanks in advance for your patience.
I ordered a service for a monthly fee of $350, they charged us $3800, then another $1600, 20 days after I requested to cancel our account. Blatant scammers, taking legal action.

Hi Max, and thank you for this review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We understand that billing can sometimes be confusing, especially when it comes to usage-based charges like SMS segments and annual user licensing.
To clarify, your Aircall account was billed according to the pricing and usage terms agreed upon at the time of signup. This includes per-segment SMS fees and annual charges for each active user. We’ve carefully reviewed your account and confirmed that all charges were applied in accordance with our terms of service. While we regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations, we're still thankful for your consideration and feedback. Thanks again.
We recently switched to Aircall as our new calling provider and were thoroughly impressed by the level of support we received. The entire team was incredibly helpful throughout the subscription, onboarding, and go-live phases. Every question was answered promptly and clearly, making the transition smooth and stress-free.
Special thanks to Jan Tittel for his assistance and proactive communication throughout the process - it truly made a difference. Highly recommended!
Careful using this, if your account gets compromised they can make calls to their own premium numbers to steal money.
If this happens Aircall takes no responsibility, you cannot claim anything and you will owe them the money. The application does not feature any form of two factor authentication so it's not secure.
Edit, the link they posted is dead. There is 2FA for the admin panel but not for regular application. Our account was comprised because of it.

Avoid AIRCALL! It is crucial to exercise caution when considering this service, as they consistently lack transparency regarding the details of their 12-month contracts. Many users have reported feeling misled about the terms and conditions, which can lead to unexpected charges and frustrations. Furthermore, the company has a troubling tendency to overcharge its customers, leaving many feeling that they are not receiving the value they anticipated for their investment.
Instead of choosing AIRCALL, I strongly recommend seeking out a better service provider that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, AIRCALL's support system is often inadequate, with representatives seemingly more focused on generating profit than on genuinely caring for their customers' needs and concerns. It is essential to select a company that values client relationships and demonstrates a commitment to transparency, fairness, and robust support. Make an informed decision for your communication needs, and consider alternatives that will provide you with a more reliable and customer-centric experience.

I canceled my Aircall subscription, expecting no further charges. However, they billed me for an additional month, unlike most services where cancellation stops future payments.
I recently made the decision to cancel my Aircall subscription, believing that this would effectively mark the end of my relationship with their service. However, to my dismay, I discovered that this was far from the case. Much to my surprise, I was charged for an entire extra month after I had already initiated the cancellation process. It turns out that with Aircall, the cancellation process is not as straightforward as one might expect. Unlike most other typical subscription services—where you can cancel your account and simply continue using the service until the end of your billing cycle—Aircall operates on a different wavelength altogether. Instead of allowing users to transition smoothly without incurring additional charges after cancellation, they impose another fee, even if you are no longer utilizing their service.
This experience has left me astounded, as this is the first instance in my experience where canceling a subscription still resulted in being held liable for further payment. As I navigated the landscape of their policies, I quickly came to realize that there is no straightforward method to dispute this additional charge or even to secure a refund for the amount that was unjustly taken from me. It honestly feels like a trap—a cleverly devised scheme that appears to rely on customers overlooking this seemingly minor detail buried deep within the fine print. This allows them to squeeze out yet another month's fee, cashing in on users who are not fully aware of the hidden terms associated with their service.
I am feeling extremely disappointed with the entire experience and the way this situation has been handled. Given this disheartening episode, I will certainly make a point to steer clear of Aircall in the future. Furthermore, I feel a strong sense of responsibility to share my experience with others who may consider using their services, as it’s crucial for potential customers to be aware of these frustrating pitfalls. It’s clear that transparency and customer care are not on Aircall’s priority list, and I sincerely hope others can avoid the unpleasant surprise I encountered.

I’ve been trying to move our phone services to Aircall, but the experience so far has been incredibly frustrating.
Shauna from the Sydney office initially provided an offer, which I accepted. However, when it came time to finalise the contract, things completely fell apart.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve now received three incorrect contracts none of which reflect the original offer I agreed to. All that’s needed is the exact terms initially sent through, yet somehow that seems too difficult to action.
After the third incorrect version, I rang the office and was told the issue would be resolved that same day. That never happened.
I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but onboarding a new customer should not be this difficult.
Would appreciate if someone senior could step in and get this sorted urgently so we can move on.

Hi Dylan, and thanks for reaching out. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. I have flagged this to the team so that they can reach out as soon as possible.

I used Aircall for my outsourcing company for a year.
Almost 2 weeks ago, a team member emailed me for my business license and some other details, to verify for security reasons, which was totally okay.
During that time, I wasn't at the office, then it was 4th of July weekend, so I sent them about 2 weeks later.
My account was deactivated due to this issue, because the team "had to check my documents".
I was stuck with all my agents waiting for responses, and I got none.
I called the support number, two agents picked up, they both said the same thing, "You're account is flagged for security reasons,we'll open a ticket", and then after they hung up, they both blocked 2 of my phone numbers, so I wouldn't call them again.
The account manager, she didn't reply to my emails at all, not even to say we won't get your account back, nothing.
I lost one whole shift, due to Aircall's negligence, and that cost me a lot.
This company does not care for their costumers, neither do they have even decent costumer support.
Do not waste your money on it.
Edit:
The company just replied to say that they only block people to protect their employees, I was super polite and didn't offend anyone, just accept that your costumer service department sucks.

Hi Lea, and thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating service interruptions can be and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Your account was flagged as part of a standard and necessary security verification process. We requested documentation to confirm compliance with our policies, and unfortunately, the delay in receiving those documents led to a temporary deactivation.
We understand the timing was difficult, but to maintain platform integrity, we must adhere to verification timelines. While we regret any breakdown in communication, please know that blocking only occurs in rare cases and solely to protect our support team from inappropriate or excessive contact.
We value your business and are available to discuss any remaining concerns directly. Best regards. ^FR
They practically steal your money – beware!I cancelled my Aircall subscription…
I cancelled my Aircall subscription thinking that would be the end of it. But no – they still charged me for an entire extra month after cancellation. Apparently, you can’t just cancel and walk away like with most normal services, where your subscription simply runs until the paid period ends. No – with Aircall, you get charged again, even if you’re no longer using the service.
This is the first time I’ve encountered a system where canceling still means being forced to pay. And of course, there’s no straightforward way to dispute it or get a refund. It feels like a trap – they count on people missing this tiny detail in the fine print just to squeeze out another month’s fee.
Extremely disappointed. I’ll make sure to avoid Aircall in the future and warn others too.

Look, as a dialer, it works fine — but the synchronization doesn’t always function properly. What really bothers me is that Aircall is forcing customers to switch to a new platform called Workspace — supposedly to manage all conversations in one place.
Honestly, that’s what a CRM is for, and I’m not going to change mine. I would sincerely suggest that Aircall focus on improving their core product instead of pushing clients toward a half-baked app.
Workspace has multiple limitations. For example, it doesn’t automatically recognize who a phone number belongs to — something the current Chrome extension does handle well.
But the worst part? To use the Power Dialer, users are forced to manually export the contact list into an Excel or CSV file, format it exactly the way Aircall wants, upload it, and then start making calls.
We’re in 2025, and a company that claims to generate $175 million in revenue is telling its customers:
“Tough luck. If you want to use the Power Dialer, you’ll have to do it our way — export, reformat, upload, and only then you can start dialing.”
This kind of process should have been automated years ago. It’s not just inconvenient — it’s completely out of step with what SaaS companies should be delivering in this day and age.
Also — there are no useful tutorial videos on YouTube explaining how to use their products properly. Where is the marketing team? For a SaaS business, it’s basic: help your clients get the most out of your platform.
Honestly, I’ve never seen a company more focused on self-promotion. All their content on X or YouTube is about how great they are — not about helping their users succeed.
They’re clearly not listening to customer feedback, and frankly, it shows.
This app had the potential to be a five-star tool — but with this level of friction and lack of customer focus, it’s far from that.

Spent 6 months trying to implement the Aircall system into our business. Despite repeated requests for essential technical information and support they were unwilling to help. This was due to a "hard and fast rule" around "dedicating technical staff before a sale". This made implementation impossible and we were forced to walk away. Little care for potential customers, lack of pro-activity in finding solutions and providing support.
