Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the communication platform easy to navigate and highly effective for handling professional calls smoothly every single day. Many people genuinely appreciate the quick onboarding process and helpful assistance provided by responsive staff members when getting started.
However, some customers also noted frustrating experiences regarding unresponsive support teams and rigid annual subscription billing terms. A few other people also felt that the user interface can feel rather clunky, cluttered, and increasingly difficult to navigate following recent updates. Reviewers occasionally mentioned unexpected technical disconnects and severe difficulties when attempting to cancel plans or adjust licenses.

We had been searching for a Excellent support for German number registration company…
We had been searching for a company that could help us register a phone number in Germany, and Aircall was the first one that truly understood the process. Their team clearly knows the bureaucracy of different countries, especially Germany, where the requirements can be quite complicated. We stayed in contact with one of their team members, who helped us find a solution immediately. We’re very grateful for the fast, competent support and the clear guidance they provided.

worst customer service service, only lying and not responding

Without a doubt the worst customer services I have ever come across from a business. There is absolutely no way of getting through to anyone relevant, needing to raise several tickets and constantly chase for replies. A phone company that is scared of receiving or making calls.
I would absolutely urge anyone considering using AirCall to reconsider.

Please please please avoid using this company at all cost. We have not been using this service for years but they have charged our company credit card with over £2k for the year ahead with no warning at all.
Pushing back we've been trying to get the monies refunded through Omar who has been abrupt and dismissive, suggesting that a refund would be made yet two weeks after the money was takien, no refund nor any indication when this will be paid.
This is in our opinion both morally and legally wrong so we will not be working with them or recommending them in future.
I've instructed our legal counsel to recover the monies and will be advising my network in F&B to give this company a wide berth.

We started using Aircall in 2015, when they first launched. The pricing has changed multiple times as they grew, and we ended up 10 years later on a yearly plan. The website currently states that you need a minimum of 3 licenses. We were on a plan with a minimum of 5 licenses (so worst off than new customers). When asked why this was and if we could change (we don't need 5 licenses) we were told "our plan has a minimum of 5 licenses, and we need to wait a year before changing this". Thats 28€ * 12 * 2 = 672€ which we lost this year.
If you want a company that clearly does not care about customers, not even the most loyal ones, than Aircall is for you. Meanwhile we have switched (like plently others) to Allô.

We have now had two incidents where people have accessed our account and started making bulk calls. We had 2FA turned on but are being told we shared the password. This is not correct.
Avoid this company at all costs. There system is not secure and they will charge you for calls you have not made.
They also ignore requests for information and just keep telling us to upgrade our account.
If anyone else had experienced this we would love to know.
Great potential, but poor customer support and limited understanding that creating value is the ultimate goal. It took us three months to activate SMS on our U.S. number while the team kept promising short delivery times. As a result, we lost market opportunity.
Aircall’s customer service is, without question, the most unproductive, unprofessional, and disorganised team I’ve ever dealt with.
For months, they’ve been incorrectly charging our account and processing unauthorised payments. We’ve spoken to Silvie S. multiple times, each time she’s promised the issue was fixed and that the billing errors would stop. Every time, that turned out to be untrue.
And instead of issuing proper refunds, Aircall keeps sending credit notes that serve no visible purpose. No refund, no explanation, just empty gestures.
It’s beyond unacceptable for a company of this size.
The message is clear - unless you’re a big spender, your business doesn’t matter to them. Expect to be ignored, overcharged, and brushed off. Digusting.
To make matters worse, they are now ignoring us.
Paid copious amounts of money for a custom integration that was supposed to take a week. Here we are 8 weeks later, it works about 10% of the time, and the team at Aircall does not care.
All they do is complain, offer no solutions and blame everyone else.
Maybe this is partially my fault as Aircall has been an absolute disaster from day 1. lets go through how.
1. took two weeks to get someone on the phone just to learn about it. Had to call/ email/ text/ over and over and over again before I finally found an executves email and got a response.
2. They bill for whatever they see fit that day. Every time I have had a bill there are overages that need to be corrected. In addition, when they "correct the bill" it never happens properly. No wonder they require a credit card.
3. Then we were promised over and over and over and over and over again with nothing but excuses.
We're filing a fraud report with out credit card company and filing a claim in court next Friday.
A reminder: THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE ZERO SERVICE! Trust me, go literally anywhere else.

We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to resolving any outstanding questions.
Team Aircall
We added multiple users to our Aircall subscription but later didn’t need them anymore. After removing those users from our account, I was shocked to find out they still remained on the paid subscription. You cannot remove them yourself – you need to contact customer service.
I did that, but because I didn’t request it 30 days before the renewal, Aircall refused to remove them and is now charging me an additional €1200. This is extremely misleading and unfair. The platform makes it look like you are managing your users, but in reality, you’re locked into paying for seats you don’t even use.
A company that treats customers like this shows where its priorities lie. Be very cautious before signing up.
They've clearly done away with their "support staff", you IM them, and all you hear are crickets.
Signing up with a free account, I constantly get the error message "Something isn't exactly right with the provided information"
"Something isn't exactly right with the provided information" - what does that even mean?
The information provided is correct. We’re not even a customer of theirs and already I'm complaining about them.
Not a very good start.
They must have seriously pissed off their developer right before they walked out, as they've essentially prevented new customers from signing up.
Pretty genius if you asked me.

As a small business, who was just a few clicks away from signing up to Aircall’s 1 year plan I’m glad I didn’t. While I have used their 7 day trial before and honestly liked some of the features even though it had its flaws, I could still see the benefits of Aircall.
Fortunately, I decided to read some reviews about them before finally committing and I’m so glad I did. Judging from the constant call-out of Aircall’s unreasonable charge practices and difficult to cancel contract, it is clear that this company has zero care for its customers and only intend to have your business trapped while making it extremely frustrating and costly to get out. The thought that I could have been one of their victims makes me sick in my stomach and I feel so bad for those who were unlucky to trust Aircall.
Businesses like this deserve to be treated with disgust and shame on you Aircall
Dialler is fine, platform is archaic and doesn't make sense, lacking extremely basic features (multiple calling lists, editing calling lists?)
Also, you can't just cancel, you're forced to pay an extra month MINIMUM.
AVOID.
Unethical Unflexible Pricing - Designed to incur maximum costs for customers rather than add value
We've used the service for some years.
But sadly when it comes to removing usused items from your plan the company forces this to only happen on a once a year basis, without any flexibility.
Customer support agents will end threads without confirmation issues are resolved to avoid making these changes. Leading to another year of paying for services not used.
It could be very easy to have account managers that help customers get value from the service, and adjust down as sales team's change shape. But sadly support agents are 'computer says no' and will do anything to avoid supporting customers in their aims to reduce spend.
Avoid at all costs - and go with a company that's flexible and supportive!
I signed up for Aircall’s 7-day free trial to test it for my agency, but the trial was effectively canceled on day 2 due to “market restrictions.” After I provided my use case (cold calling for my agency), Ruby Ryan, Senior Sales Development Representative, told me they could “accommodate that” and asked how many users I planned to have. I explained I was only testing with 1 user before committing.
From there, things only got worse. Every time I tried to make a call, I got the message: “You have reached the call limit on this account”, even though I still had 3 full days left and 35 minutes of call time available. I reported this issue right away, but after 3 days of back-and-forth emails, I stopped getting replies.
In short, my trial was cut short, I was misled into thinking the issue could be fixed, and then I was completely ignored. This wasted my time and left me with a very bad impression of Aircall’s support and honesty. If this is how trials are handled, I can only imagine the frustration paying customers face.

Unethical autorenewal and poor customer service – avoid
We’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with Aircall.
Despite multiple written requests since early July to reduce users and cancel our account, Aircall continued to charge us — claiming we were locked into a contract renewal we never knowingly agreed to. Their only justification was a single automated email and a note buried in the dashboard, which does not meet any reasonable standard of informed consent.
We’ve now submitted two complaints to the ACCC and are disputing charges through our bank. The lack of transparency, refusal to process cancellation, and continued billing despite clear objections are not just poor customer service — they’re ethically questionable business practices.
I strongly urge other Australian businesses to be cautious before signing up. Once you’re in, it appears near impossible to leave without being charged for another full year.
Unethical practices Sub standard expensive product offering
I signed up with Aircall and paid upfront for a full year. I barely used the service, and at the time of signing up I made it absolutely clear to their sales rep (Monique Ng) that my account must not be set to auto-renew. She confirmed this.
Despite that, Aircall went ahead and charged my card over $3,000 for an automatic renewal without my consent, without any reminder, and against the agreement I had in writing with their salesperson.
When I raised the issue, they confirmed my account was closed and promised to review the charge. That was in August. Months later, after repeated emails, I have received nothing but delays and silence. Their last update (27 August) was that the refund “was under review,” but since then they have completely ignored every follow-up.
This shows:
Unethical sales practices – agreeing to disable auto-renewal but then charging anyway.
Lack of transparency – no reminders before renewal, no proactive communication.
Customer neglect – ignoring emails after admitting fault.
Financial risk – small businesses like mine cannot afford thousands of dollars being locked up for months with no resolution.
Aircall markets itself as a customer-first company, but my experience shows the opposite: once they have your card, they operate on greed, neglect, and silence.
If you are considering Aircall, beware: their billing practices are predatory, their customer service is unresponsive, and once you are charged, recovering your money becomes an uphill battle.
⚠️ SCAM ALERT – Avoid Aircall
The basic plan does NOT include the power dialer. To get it, you’re forced to upgrade to a 3-seat minimum plan costing almost $250/month after taxes — even if you only need one seat. Support is nearly impossible to reach, refunds are refused, and they keep billing even after cancellation requests.
Deceptive, overpriced, and unethical. Stay away.
