I ordered a 300 density loose deep wavy wig 28 inch in that’s not what I received! I have emailed them no response! I just want my money back the wig looks nothing like the the picture advertised!

I have purchased 3 wigs from Amanda, and I love them. The caps are super comfortable, and I love that they have an adjustable strap in the back. I get compliments all the time. I have very thin hair and have always been self-conscious about it, but this wig gives me confidence. I plan to buy more.

Trying to return a wig following their own return policy requirements I have emailed them 3 times and have requested the return and sent them pictures of the wig which is in the return policy requirements. The wig took 3 weeks to get and the customer service and the shipping time is horrible. DO NOT Buy from this company you will be taking a huge risk!!!!

I bought two wigs from amandahair and despite them taking long to deliver, I am extremely happy with my wigs. They are very full, the hair is very soft!! Truly impressed.

Great Wig

Although the delivery took longer than I’m used to (I usually get my wigs in three days) I like the color although I wish it could have been more blonde color in the wig. Other than that it was great, curls great etc…..

Ive ordered several wigs from Amanda hair, the quality same been so great and im a beginner. Easy hair and lace to work with. Always melts down!!! Customer service has been great to when I was looking for my package they responded back in a timely matter.

Terrible Quality & Misleading Return…

Terrible Quality & Misleading Return Policy I ordered a 30-inch curly wig, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The lace was an unnatural orange colour, making it unusable, and there wasn’t even enough hair density to create a proper middle parting. It looked nothing like the pictures advertised, which is extremely misleading. To make matters worse, when I contacted the company to return the item, I was told they were unable to accept a return—despite clearly stating on their website that they offer a 30-day return policy. This is completely dishonest and very frustrating. The wig is still in the exact same condition as when I received it—I haven’t tampered with it at all—yet they continue to drag out the return process with no resolution. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor quality product, false advertising, and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This hair is like fancy dress when it arrived i couldn't stop laughing, they told me to send it back i did and I was promised a refund but know they have blocked me on all sites.honestly I dont know how they get away with it.So dont look at al this hair thinking your hair will be all beautiful and flowing.i will be taking this further and you all should as these are confidential artists grifters and very clearly a scam site,They keep saying contact the after team which they have blocked me so they are liars aswll as scammers.How about you contact me and give me my money I believe that's what repretable company do.

Do not waste your money and time on this website. I purchased a wig a few weeks ago and the wig does not look anything like the picture. The wig is a piece of crap. I also have submitted pictures and the seller is giving the runaround about a refund.

Not As Described Bob Wig

Hello, I purchased a wig from this company. I purchased a Bob the picture on the Model of the wig showed Wanda. The wig. I received was another look. The wig hair is fluffy in the back missing and thin in the front to where I will have to purchase Hair and add Hair and do all that that was a purpose of me buying a wig. The seller reached out and they want to give me a discount the next time I order, but I’m stuck with a product that was not as described as what they showed on their website. The first photo is the picture of what they have on the website. All the other photos are the pictures of where I received however, the company said that there was a Stylist that did the hair and made it fluffy, but if I purchased a wig from you based on the photos you showed that’s what the wig should look like. Quality of the hair is horrible in the front of the wig. There is little hair in the front as Customer Service says it’s fluffy in the back of the Hair Customer Service service is horrible but That’s what I get for ordering hair out of the country. I just wanted a Bob wig…. this was a horrible experience. They only wanna give back $15 or something like that on the next water. If I’m dissatisfied with this order, I would never again as you are.

Customer service was excellent. I sent an email stating I would like to change my order and they made the change immediately. Which was awesome.
