Awful service. No accountability and no one to make decisions.

I've been a service provider using Angie's for over 1 year. Great account reps and salespeople. HOWEVER, customer support is a bad joke! 6 months Angie's was spot-on for collecting their fees, but we received NOT ONE SINGLE LEAD in the category we actually wanted. We are a mold remediation company, yet Angie's continually sent us mold testing leads. We repeatedly requested a "manager" to contact us regarding this. Additionally, we were switched on and off without our consent. Lio service from foreigners and zero flow between departments is worse than the Military. Angie's has the most recognized name in the home service referral industry, yet they have abandoned their clients for AI, Foreigners, and their wallet with zero regard for the very businesses that pay them. I'm still trying to work through this with Angie's, however they just don't care if they provide the service...as long as they collect $$.
