The installers were nice but made multiple mistakes and couldn’t communicate. Ultimately they made unnecessary holes in my cabinet, installed the dishwasher not level, and with the door unable to lie open. I had to bring in a contractor to fix it

I was concerned about receiving the pedestal for my new front load washer because it had a later receive by date. I called to confirm I would not get the washer before the pedestal and Katie was able to take my order over the phone and handle everything for me. I have not worries about getting the base too late for the washer installation now. Appliances Connection has great customer service and I found Katie very pleasant and easy to talk to.
