I bought an ATN Day and Night Scope X-Sight 4K PRO 3-14x. It worked fine, but at one point the screen started freezing. I called your office and Miss Kelly Prince listen to my problem and sent me a link to upload on my scope. I did that and for a while the scope worked fine, until started freezing again. I called again Miss Kelly, she listened respectfully and carefully to my problem and promptly issued the RMA, after she received all the information about the scope from me. Thank you Miss Kelly! This is my first Thermal scope and I am very pleased with it. I live on 115 acres and working to keep the hogs and coyotes off of it and this scope will help me accomplish this . I went with the Thor 6 mini and love it , would recommend ATN to anyone.
Kelly prince was very helpful in answering my questions on the use of my Tico 6. If you order one of those make sure you have 1 1/2 inch scope rings atleast.

I purchased the blaze seeker 210 this week. This is the 4 scope that I have from ATN. I like their products very well. Customer service and support is always helpful and knowledgeable.
I have made more than 10 attempts to send in for repair with no email from support. i called and they said they would email me with details to send in for repair. nothing i tried the website and nothing. scopes work for maybe a year but you have constant firmware updates just to keep it working but when it breaks which they all do good luck getting in touch with customer support $1800 down the drain. never again with ATN JUNK!!
I love atn scopes and so I purchased an atn tico clip on. The scope works great but the so called clip on suck they don't fit any scope i have. They are a nice design but they are too loose both the 44 and 50. So now I have to find something to take up the gap. And my 56 they don't even have anything to fit it.

I own three atn thor thermal scopes and been using them for ten years. I owned Pulsar and AGM. The customer service and quality of ATN products out shines any other thermal companies out there. I will forever own ATN scopes. Along with all my friends and family. My last scope was out of warranty and they still went over and beyond to help me. I called with an issue on a product I purchased several years ago not expecting that much could be done about it. I had two early IR850 lights that came with two X-Sight 4K Pro 5x20 scopes that had failed and didn't understand why. Kelly Prince was extremely helpful in reaching a resolution and helping me replace them. I'm impressed with how she assisted me in making sure the issue was resolved without me asking for anything. She is an excellent representative for ATN in making sure the customer doesn't feel like they're out of luck on dealing with something they're unhappy about.
