$2100.00 Down the drain
$2100.00 Down the drain. Could not get repairs done while under warranty. When it finally quit working, I got a repair order number from them and I sent it in at my cost. They sent the scope back to me just as broken as when i sent it in. Customer service was terrible. It was like pulling teeth to get communication from them and I never got an explanation to why they sent my broken scope back to me with new stickers on it stating they fixed it. Personally know plenty of people that have high end electronics that have never encountered anything like this with other brands in the coyote game.

They failed to send items even after paying for air freight they didn't send it. They offered a refund after it is returned but no one will be here. They screwed it up they said after everything comes back a refund will be issued. We are going hunting. Never again. Absolutely can't count on them

Best price on a great thermal!
I went to ATN's website to check out the BlazeHunter monocular and found their price to be pretty competitive, even when compared to some of the discount retailers. I was then thrilled when a prompt popped up inviting me to chat with a sales rep to explore special promotions. The sales person I connected with (Alexis S.) was able to make me a screaming deal on a great optic and I was glad to be able to buy it direct; I'm hopeful I will have a much better customer experience as a result of getting it directly from the manufacturer. Thank you ATN and thank you Alexis! To the ATN folks, Alexis is great and deserves kudos!

Kelly Prince helped me identify an older model 850 infrared illuminator which I had received through an auction at a church. I needed mounting ring. She advised it was a model that was no longer produced and they no longer produced the mounting rings. So she gladly shipped me a new IR Eliminator free.

Kelly Prince understood my issue and found a way to (hopefully) resolve it for me. My new 5XD Series Scope came with a QDM mount. The QDM does NOT tighten on my rail tight enough to keep the scope completely stable - therefore greatly diminishing the accuracy. Kelly is sending a hard mount system that hopefully holds my scope tight and secure. ATN should consider providing either both options in the original kit, or provide a higher qulity QDM that actually works. I You-Tube'd the QDM scope to see if there were any tricks and tips, and found the only two posts in You Tube had the same issues I am having. Anyway, my call with Kelly was productive and hopefully the work around is successful.
