I've been trying to contact them on a Prada purchase, the product happened to be FAKE after an authenticity test. They don't reply email or allow you upload an image on the refund site, it looks like they just don't want to refund or return, because the product is FAKE. DO NOT TRUST this website at all. it's a scam from Italy, their phone number also is just a placeholder, it doesn't work

Admit you guys messed up and send me a fuxking return slip, instead you’re trying to make it so i “miss” the return window. I received a defective item from Baltini and followed all of their return instructions promptly. Despite providing clear photo evidence and complying with their stated policy, my return was declined without a reasonable explanation. It appears their boutique partner knowingly shipped a damaged item and then tried to shift the blame to me during the return process. Thankfully, I had timestamped photos from unboxing that showed the item arrived in that condition. Customer service delayed responses, deflected responsibility to the boutique partner, and even asked me to withdraw my chargeback instead of resolving the issue. This experience showed a lack of accountability, transparency, and respect for consumer protections. I would advise others to proceed with caution when ordering from this company.
