Tried them years ago and they never came through with their promises. They constantly tried to up sell me or make me do a timeshare even after promising that no time share would be involved. Tried them again recently and same scam is going on.....

I paid money for a vacation, booked our flights and truthfully dragged my feet a bit on booking the hotel OFFICIALLY with Booksi. When I went to book it, it asks my marital status, and if you say you are married or in a relationship you are REQUIRED to travel with them. Completely a waste of my time and money. The reviews are right - there's always a catch. Even when you think all you'll have to do is quietly sit through a painful sales presentation (catch enough, in my opinion), there's still always something!!! Watch out for yourselves!!! Truthfully, if I can't even book - it's probably for the best! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and doing things the legit way.

I have tried multiple time to speak with a customer service rep to review my account. I have called multiple times, tried to chat online, and send an email to their support. I am met with the same response, that they have heavy than usual call volumes etc... No answer after several minutes (over 30) on hold... If they are that busy, they need to hire more staff. I'm beginning to think they are a scam.

I have been trying to find my reservation, but apparently I had entered the wrong number so the automated system could not find my reservation. I tried to stay on the line (like the automated message said to do) and it hung up on me, and this has happened several times. I have already been charged the fees, but cannot book my actual dates. Their website is also not the best to navigate so I have no other way to communicate with anyone. Be careful if you are trying to get a good deal, because to me at this point it has just been more frustrating than anything

I booked online with Booksi. I got a confirmation email for the 4 nights from Booksi.
I get to the hotel and they have no record of my reservation. I try calling Booksi during normal business hours and after being on hold for over an hour I hung up. I paid for the 4 nights myself.
Booksi had the gull to send me an email asking how my stay was today.
