Austin did a great job and took the time take care of my laser but also took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. He also had a few issues that he wasn’t sure of and so reached out to the home staff to get the answers. He took time and even came back a second day to make sure I was taken care of.

Had to have a service tech come out and trouble shoot an issue we were having. Austin showed up a day early and attacked the issue with vigor! He got us up and running and the issue we were having has not once repeated itself! Thanks for taking care of us Austin!

Back and running in no time!
I went to use my laser and the laser head wasn’t moving in the y axis. Immediately, I called Boss laser. Robert (from tech support) reached out and through a couple emails and videos he had my laser working like new again. Robert was knowledgable, friendly/patient and quick to response. Boss laser is fortunate to have him as an employee. Thank you again Robert.
