New Equipment Setup

I contacted your customer support line technical support today and spoke with Lauren. About a tube that I had previously gotten a quote on and she informed me that it was now on sale were in the process of going through that. She also recommended customer support when I realign my new laser tube when I purchase it. I just wanted to say that Lauren did an excellent job. She was very helpful. Very nice and told me she would contact me if I didn’t purchase the tube during the current sale when it went on sale again as always your customer support and technical support are excellent and I appreciate it and that is the reason I went to the boss Laser to begin with thank you very much

Purchasing a CO2 laser is a significant investment and comparing specs from various providers to meet your needs is a important step however service and Technical Support is every bit as important. For our business, 3 days later designs, we did not have to sacrifice either one. Our HP 3655 machine truly is a BOSS. Our trainer Alex got us up and running and went above and beyond to be sure that we had the tools we needed to get the most from our machine.
