I have bought a flight for which, during all the process, from the selection to payment, it was indicated that a 20kg checked luggage was included. And when I received my e-ticket, checked luggage was not included anymore. When I asked your Customer center about this, they told me that the checked luggage is included, that the e-ticket is wrong (but no one offer to send me a new one) and that I can checked with the company if I need. I believe that when we use your website, we do not expect to have to spend time to check this kind of things with the company.

Hello, I cannot seem to contact and get a correct answer for this. Its so difficult to get an answer. Currently, Philippines has a travel ban to Taiwan for Philippine Passport Holders. Three of my bookings are affected. CSG 3286180 CSG 3329207 CSG 3297646 I can't go in Taiwan due to the travel ban. Kindly tell me my options on cancellation or if I can reroute my trip. Still Unsure It was a very good price. It was straight forward to fill in all the details. My credit union initially blocked my visa card payment and clarified if I wanted to continue. I did so, but then afterwards I am having my doubts. I received the e -ticket within 12 hours - but it does look very different to the other e tickets that I usually get when booking directly with an airline. When I check the air line website the status of my ticket appears to be only booked and not ticketed. I am not usually a risk taker and usually stick to what I know. I am still concerned that something might go wrong. If everything goes smoothly I will update this rating to excellent.
