Itailan Adventure
Ciao Italy did an amazing job planning our touring plans, down to every detail. As someone who usually plans everything themself, it was refreshing to leave the planning to someone else. Transfers were all on time and professional, tours and their guides were accurate and enjoyable, and it was all built for us. In Venice, our guide Laura was amazing, it was like she was our personal city guide. She went above and beyond helping us navigate our private water taxi transfers and train departure on our last day. In Rome, the Food Tour and Golf Cart tour exceeded our expectation, and highly recommend these. When our train took an hour long detour due to track work and we risked missing a tour, through Ciao Itaty's What's App chat feature, we were able to communicate our concerns and Ciao Italy's representive was able to contact the tour operator and move it to another day. My only criticism is on our glass blowing demonstration, which was amazing, we felt like the next 30+ minutes was a sales pitch to buy an item in their showroom. Regardless of this, I will definitely recommend Ciao Italy's when planning an Itailan Adventure!

We had a day tour of Pisa, San Gimiganano, Siena and winery
We had a day tour of Pisa, a winery, San Gimiganano and Siena. Basically we got bused and dropped off at each site. I saw other tour guides giving detailed information about the site and its significant. We got dumped and given very little information. It was so disappointing to hear so little about the site and its significance. We didn't have enough time to go in catherial. Again at San Gimiganano we were dropped off at the location with no background or history from our tour guide. Why are we paying for a tour if we get no guidance of what is important to look for? The winery was ok, the wines did not really taste good. And the wines were overpriced for the value. The most disappointment came when we were told that we were not going into the catherial in Siena. No explanation of what was in the catherial and no guide. Our local tour guide was also disappointing. I paid out of pocket to get into the catherial and had no guidance. I had to look it up in the internet. If we want to get a ride to places we would just get a bus ticket not book a tour. So very disappointing.

Also we do not offer a bus tour of Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena we only offer a semi-private tour maximum 8 people. Short notice trip was amazing! We did a last minute trip to Italy - Rome and Florence and Ciao Italy tours pulled together an amazing trip for us. All the details were handled and the hotels they picked were fabulous and in great locations! They were available for questions when in Italy and had great communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

A wonderful day tour of Cinque Terre with Chiara…
We had a wonderful day tour of Cinque Terre with Chiara from Ciao Italy Tours booked through ItalyTours.eu. She was very pleasant & showed us the 5 beautiful towns without rushing us. She was our guide as well as just a driver & she couldn't have been more pleasant. Best of all, we had some time left before we had to return to our ship, so she surprised us with a visit to Pisa which was not a scheduled stop. She pulled into town & stopped, telling us we won't have enough time to see the leaning tower; then she pulled the van up a few yards & there was the tower. April fools! It was in fact April 1. Fabulous Italian Trip
My clients had a very tricky itinerary with people coming and going here and there for a wedding and there were several changes along the way. Claudia and the Ciao Italy Team were patient and kind and helpful in making this a wonderful trip for my clients. Ciao Italy does everything well. I have been trusting them with my custom Italy vacations for the past 35 years. Guido is very accommodating. Tina answers all the questions I may ask her and Sindi, I am extremely impressed with. Every detail is precise, transfers, tour guides, hotel choices Ciao Italy recommends. I would be lost without this Company on my Italy trips. I recently had two separate families, with children, on custom tours. I always check a few days into the trip with the clients to make certain all is going well. Both families raved about the arrangements which Ciao Italy had prepared for them. Both families, upon their return, sent me thank you notes for "the best trip ever." If I ask Sindi to prepare a Proposal and Quote for a vacation trip, I never have to wait. I get it within one day of asking. She is very easy to work with as well, very knowledgeable on Italy. Dear Ciao Italy, We had the most amazing time in Italy! From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was seamless—a chauffeur was waiting with a sign to greet us, which set the tone for the entire trip. From a stunning sunset golf cart tour through Rome, to wine tasting and pizza-making experiences, to exploring the Cathedral and the Colosseum, every moment was unforgettable.
