They write lies about their device, make you pay for something you never get, and they never answer your emails
I bought the device only because it was written that you could use it offline.
You couldn't.I found out when it finally arrived.
So I ordered and paid something that was promised it would make it work offline.
I never recieved anything.
I emailed a few times.
I never got an answer.
But they keep on and on sending me emails about more stuff they want me to buy.
Never ever will I buy anything from them again!

I ordered a translator December 4th 2025
Arrived did not work returned 8th December 2025 by registered post they claimed they had received it but tracking number stated DELIVERED
Since the middle of December I have sent them an email every day and have received 22 e mails from them 4 of them asking for my bank details all of them apologised
The support group must be overwhelmed as I received e mails from 4 different people one of them Sarah offered me a knife in compensation
I can only assume this was designed to cut my thoat and disappear
After 66days of continual complainig I have finally received a full refund
A similar translator is available from a well known company T--U for less than 25 euro
Moral of the story keep complaing eventually you will win
