I truly enjoy the convenience of ordering my hair color through eSalon. I don't have a lot of time to sit in a salon, and I can color my own hair quickly at home. I use an ammonia-free hair color and it is very gentle on my hair. The hairdresser that cuts my hair has asked me what I use and she said it is a great color.

The one-on-one custom color help on my recent adjustment (Sarah?) was & is over the top. I am annoyed by the number of advertisement emails I receive. I love the advance notification re my upcoming shipment (in case I need a color change, delay, or skip). My recent order was shipped without warning. I have health issues and did not color from the last shipment yet. The advance warning may have been buried in the advertising - I don't know.

Esalon is always very responsive. I love their product, but when there are times I wish to change up the tone or shade of my hair color, the colorist works one-on-one to get my desired outcome. I’ve been a customer for many years. I have red hair (that salons will say is very hard to match) but as I’ve aged and my hair is graying, Esalon does an excellent job and matches my natural color exactly.
