I gave a plaque of a song my Dad had written and recorded 30 years ago for Father's Day. He loved it. Great job FamiPrints had done. Well worth every dollar

Great looking product. Shipping and packaging was great to keep it safe. Will make a great gift on our wedding day.

Looked as advertised.

The product looked great and came as advertised. My wife loved it. Confusion about the delivery date and receiving emails out of sequence was the reason I gave it four stars instead of five.

Disc is not 3D - Overall well done, very good quality!

I would like to start saying that I don't know why in my head I thought the disc with the lyrics on it would be a real disc, acrylic kind, added to the canvas to give a 3D look, and the lyrics would be printed on it. Well it's not, it's printed like a disc/DVD directly on canvas. So I was a little disappointed at first. I still gave 5 stars because it was my misunderstanding about the product. It wasn't discribed like that, I assumed. I see it wasn't their fault. The canvas is very well done and very good print quality. I had a problem doing it online as I got stuck at the cart section and couldn't move forward with my order. I had to contact the company, discribe what I wanted and ask them to do from their end. I was a little worry that the images wouldn't be positioned exactly the way I was doing the project myself, but they emailed me a preview that looks just like the one I put together myself. When it arrived at my home, it was perfect, well packet, no damages to the canvas. A beautiful 10-Year anniversary gift! Thank you for your patience with me. The result is well done as I expected. And I am a picky girl. :)

never received the order

Terrible customer service and weeks late arrival

The purchase was easy and simple. However, that’s were the pros ended immediately. Purchased the item with a date range for delivery. This date range came and went with no communication or updates from the company. I emailed as I purchased the item for a specific occasion. Received a generic email the first time and an email stating they would send a tracking number. On the third email, days after it should have arrived, there was a tracking number. Unfortunately, it didn’t return to any information. Site indicated it couldn’t identify the shipping company. Two weeks later when I indicated I was going to dispute the transaction with my bank, I receive the same tracking number but it works now. This tells me the company did NOT ship my package and gave me the runaround until they realized I was going to get a refund. If you want something in a timely manner, I do NOT recommend this company. If you want good communication and customer service, I do NOT recommend. Take your money elsewhere perhaps Etsy.

Their communication skills and ability to follow directions are horrible. I asked them NOT to use UPS and to be called in my directions. I got an email ignoring my requests with product updates including a tracking number. And another telling me my product was on the way....via UPS! I responded to each email restating NOT to use UPS! If you local UPS driver smokes, don't order from them! It came and it still reeks days later and after being outdoors for a few days. That said, the product arrived on time and as described. The photo quality is good.

Excellent wedding anniversary gift.

Gave this gift to my daughter and son-in-law for their 20th wedding anniversary and they loved it. Glad I found this product through a Google search. Definitely recommend.

It was a smooth and great experience, my wife loved her blanket I got the 50x60 and the picture quality was spot on. What i didn't like was they never sent me a tracking number until it was delivered.

Never received. I emailed the customer service right after I placed my order due to incorrect address and never got a response until the order shipped… MULTIPLE DAYS BEFORE HAND. now my wife’s Mother’s Day gift is not here.

I did have trouble getting both photos loading for some reason. I sent the photos to a friend and had no problem getting the order finished for me.

Canvas looked great !!

Canvas picture was awesome, the workmanship was great overall. A little cumbersome working thru email since there is no contact number, however we worked thru it (usually the next day). I would order again for sure.
