What people say

This review is specifically for spin…

This review is specifically for spin classes. When selecting a class I want to ride to a specific music genre. Under all classes it will say "Hip Hop", "Pop", etc. EVERYTIME I enter a class the music is nowhere correct the the genre is says. This is extremely frustrating!! Can this please be fixed or an option to view full playlists be available before joining a class? Spin is ALL about the music and if I enter a Hip Hop class and they are playing 2000's Britany Spears I will lose my mind. PLEASE FREAKING FIX THIS.

Recently purchased the boom bike

Recently purchased the boom bike, the purchase and delivery was great. Bike is sturdy and was put together with ease. Have had less than a full week but the programs so far are easy to navigate. I am not pleased with the Bluetooth connectivity though, seems like it was meant for a older version that didn't have a screen and it wants to read your face or only connect with a heart monitor... definitely could use an update on the app or the interface altogether.

I love my bike and all the classes

I love my bike and all the classes. My left pedal fell off during a workout and I emailed immediately. The bolt was stripped and customer service was sending a new crank and pedal once they were back in stock in February. In March I only received the crank not the pedal as well. I need both to fix it. I emailed several times about not receiving the pedal but I have still not heard back in 3 weeks. Very disappointed as I love the bike.

Great Bike, Customer Service needs improvement

Great Bike, But Customer Support Needs Improvement After extensive research on finding the best indoor cycling bike for the price, FreeBeat stood out as the clear winner. It offers an incredible balance of features, quality, and affordability that you simply can’t beat. The bike itself is fantastic—I love the overall design, functionality, and immersive experience it provides. However, my experience with customer support has been frustrating. My bike arrived with a noticeable issue: a piece of paper lodged inside the screen. I reached out to customer service and was contacted by an employee named Emily, to whom I sent pictures and videos of the issue. Initially, she responded about a week later, suggesting I just wipe off the paper—which was obviously not possible given that it’s inside the screen. Since then, nearly 30 days have passed, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have not received a solution or any meaningful updates regarding a replacement screen. This is disappointing, especially considering how much I love the bike itself. I’m still giving FreeBeat the opportunity to make this right because I truly believe in the product. But customer service is an important part of the experience, and I hope they step up to resolve this issue. No one wants a permanent piece of paper stuck inside their screen. I highly recommend the bike—but if you run into an issue, be prepared for a potentially slow resolution process. FreeBeat, please make this right.

Customer Service and Consumer Satisfaction have work to do!!!

The bike is great. However, I had a heck of a bad time with the Customer Service area. First off, they lost my bike. Secondly, the color I wanted was out of stock. I had to order a different color that I didn't like. Finally got it, 6 weeks after promised. The frustrating part is I would email Customer Service asking for some type of adjustment to the price for the constant inconveniences. It was NEVER acknowledged! Every email response would come back (like I never asked a question). They all just kept saying "sorry about your inconvenience, please let us know if you would like a different color." I would then ask again and get the same email, mind you WITH grammatical errors. I find this ridiculous. The consumer should not have to be punished because the shipping vendor lost a package. That should be taken up between FreeBeat and the vendor. At this rate, I sure hope I don't have any CS needs in the future. Especially because I have 2 friends that were going to order one.

I wish the classes were free

I wish the classes were free, or at least a handful of them! The electric cord is so short, it would be helpful to have a retractable (extendable) cord or include an extension cord. I love the affordability of the bike. But since the classes all cost a monthly fee for the subscription, I only use my bike and my tv for motivation.

Recommended With Some Quirks

I love Freebeat and my Lit Bike. I have two five star items I’ve been hoping for. 1. I wish the membership had more focus on 15, 30, and 50 minute classes with people. I love Kaley’s and Dalia’s classes. 2. I hate the AI incorporation into the just ride settings, the street view rides, exercises, etc. Turn it all off by default please.

I've enjoyed my freebeat bike so far

I've enjoyed my freebeat bike so far. The classes have good music and encourage me to push myself. I really like to earn points, getting money is cool. The scenic rides are awesome. The best part imo But why aren't the tour de freebeat rides like that. I really wish they could upgrade that. I also think a daily check in would be cool. And more customization is always fun. I made a Facebook post about getting my freebeat and had a lot of questions about it. I recommended it!
