It may be easy to send these but trying to redeem it has been a nightmare the card has been declined for everything, card can’t be processed, it has been archived and I never got to use a dollar from the $50 that was sent to me and customer service is null and void, can’t speak with anyone you have to fill out a form and wait 2 days for a response and you must have the code used to redeem the card before you can send a support ticket but the code can’t be found anywhere once the gift has been received and activated. This has been a horrible experience and looks like that’s $50 lost! -UPDATED:I received an email just to tell me how to activate my card just exact wording from the email and support topics on the website but my card has been activated and is now archived which happens after the funds are depleted.I never was able to use any of the money so I don’t know why the card has been archived. I will have to continue with an email just to say that, with no phone support or chat. Wasting hours and days trying to receive the money that was sent. I have sent screenshots of every email and screenshots of the card being activated and added to wallet and declined transactions. There is a place to request a replacement card but that doesn’t work when you click it. But at least they are responding here quicker than my actual support request. Looks good for reviews.
