I received my first order from Godmerch and was well pleased with the quality of my shirt. I placed a second order for three more additional shirts but they were sent to the incorrect address this time. The order was being shipped back to Godmerch. I reached out to customer service and they said they would replace my entire order after me explaining what had happened. I can’t wait to receive my second order and thankful for this understanding company. I will be doing more business with Godmerch and will be recommending to my friends. Thanks for all your help.

I purchased 4 teachers tees and received in plenty of time. I did proof the names. The t-shirts were excellent quality and the design was as I expected with the exception of grade placed after PreK. I reached out to costumer service and they fixed the problem and replaced all 4 tees at no extra cost to me. I have them in hand and am excited for our team to wear them on the first day of school!

I ordered 2 personalized 250th anniversary bunting flags in the larger size. They are absolutely magnificent. The quality is top rate. I have them displayed on my deck railings and have received several compliments on them from many. I had a postal delivery issue for my 2nd order and reached out to the post office as well as Godmerch. The response from Godmerch was so “Customer Friendly” despite the fact that the delivery issue was not their fault. Happily, the post office found my package and it was delivered the next day. From the ease of ordering to the magnificent quality of their products to their extraordinary Customer Service, I highly recommend ordering from Godmerch. Their products and service will definitely exceed your expectations!!
Company is very misleading. MAKE SURE you read the fine print and description bc you will not be getting what the picture looks like. Items that look 3D are printed off images that are slapped between two pieces of acrylic at best. Very cheap looking. What I thought I was ordering was a dynamic coffee table piece, what I got was a glorified fridge magnet.
Ordered a hat 2 months ago. Added on order priority to get it faster. They publish shipping notices by generating a label but dont ship for weeks. Once received EVERYTHING was wrong- it looked like someone else’s order. Rinse and repeat. Replacement order queued. Same meaningless tracker. Weeks later still no real shipment. Multiple requests for estimates of actual shipment ignored.
The customer experience was top draw - certainly a 5 star company.
