Father’s Day disappointment
I purchased a t-shirt weeks prior to Father’s Day. This was to be one gift for my husband. The front decal was off center and the family name on the sleeve was not ours! I contacted customer service the day I received the shirt and they guaranteed I would get a replacement. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received the shirt nor will they answer any of my emails. I paid $50 with shipping for a shirt that my husband will not wear. I will never order from them again and I advise for everyone else to be very cautious!

I bought a Father’s Day gift from this company. A label was created on June 6. It is now the 13th and I still haven’t received it. USPS never received it. I usually only trust Amazon to order items online and I guess that’s the only company I can trust. I have texted Godmerch twice because mailbox is full on their voicemail. I feel like I’ve been scammed. The name of God is in your company and you treat customers like this? I have a similar review like Wanda Stamp. I ordered two t-shirts and only received one. The one t-shirt that was not delivered was for a special occasion and a label was created on June 5. I have tried and tried to call and leave a message, but the mailbox is full I sent them a message and received a reply stating the order was broken into two shipments to expedite the arrival. That is total bull crap since I only received one t-shirt. I wrote back but never received an answer. I am reporting godmerch to the BBB. In essence, I bought a t-shirt and paid over $68.00 for it. The special occasion is ruined, I am out a t-shirt, I was totally ripped off in price and I am urging everyone to refrain from doing business with these people. They are frauds and have the lousiest customer service ever. Don't let the title of their company fool you like it did me.

I can't even rate this place, because they are so terrible. I along with many others have placed orders,.they say a label has been created but no info after that. No answer when we call. Paid for faster shipping and have nothing for Father's Day This place sucks.
Ordered Father's Day shirt paid priority fee no shirts received
I ordered two shirts as father's day gifts for my husband and son. I paid an extra $2.99 for priority and it said the shirts would arrive by June 13th. I received notification that a label was created on June 7th at 8:00 pm by Giant Big Hands LLC/LAX Hawthorne, CA, but the package still has not been given to the post office. This purchase that I paid extra for to get priority is not going to be here for father's day. I have tried calling and emailing and I get no response. THIS IS MO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! Lying to the customers and misrepresenting yourself only creates disappointment and anger in the customer's. I would like to know when my order is expected to be given to the post office and I will need a refund of the "$2.99 priority" fee I paid because obviously, my order was not processed as a priority.

I have tried to contact GodMerch without success. Their voicemail is full and no one has responded to my emails or the message I sent via their website. My order was shipped on June 5th. The USPS tracking says the label was prepared by GodMerch but the post office has not received the product. This was suppose to be delivered by tomorrow for a special occation.
Incorrect names!
First of all, I did not actually place an order. I have twin grandchildren on the way, and not know what the genders are yet so I was playing with names on the shirt to see what it would look like, and somehow a shirt was ordered on accident, and it’s not even correct in the least. Very disappointing that I did not place the order and somehow there was an order placed and it’s incorrect to say the least.

Our system does not process or charge for orders unless they are completed and submitted by the customer directly. It appears the custom names were entered during checkout, and the order was successfully placed by you. I ordered a beautiful shirt for my mom for mothers day. It had all her grandchildren on it and was her favorite color. I was very happy to find such a beautiful shirt and she is going to love it. There was an issue with the postal service and they didn't deliver my item. I contacted the company and their customer service was excellent. They responded so quickly and offered to send me another one. Will most definitely order from here again.

I didn’t know how to order without names of grandchildren. We r having another great due end of August and didn’t know if we should add his name or not so wanted the NANA shirt without names. I received detailed instructions how to order this. Then after ordering realized i ordered wrong size. Again reached out and they quickly changed the size. Customer service is awesome. Finally the shirt arrived a few days ago (well within time for Mother’s Day). It’s beautiful and exactly what. i wanted. Thank you again.
