The ornament I ordered was deceiving. Turned out to be a flat picture, not an actual 3D ornament which I thought I was getting. It came 2 weeks later than when it said the est delivery would be, and I paid to have it expedited. I missed giving it to family during Thanksgiving and have to pay again for shipping. I emailed the company and instead of getting solutions because it came late, I got a run around answer. I will not order again from this company.
I placed an order almost a month ago. Quickly received a confirmation promptly followed by a USPS tracking number. However the only tracking status has been label created for over three weeks now. I have attempted to reach the company 4 different times to get an update and have heard nothing back! I’ll be contacting BBB and my credit card company to report as fraudulent charges.
for some reason my apple pay didn't input my correct address. okay fine reached out to them and said the only way they would resend my package back for what i paid for is to leave a review if not I had to reorder what I already paid for with only 40% off. i already paid for it and they wouldn't reship.

Update- I was issued a full refund on January 5, 2026.December 13, 2025 Update to my review, when I ordered my mailing address ended up being my email address so my package was not delivered due to an address issue when I contacted the company they said the USPS has the package and they would not get it back, but I could repurchase it with a 40% discount. I advised that I would not be purchasing it that I already paid for it and that they needed to send me my order. I got a response that stated if I gave them a five star rating they would re-ship my order to the corrected mailing address that I gave themso I gave the five star rating. I asked for a tracking number and they sent me the original tracking number still have not received my package two weeks later so I sent another email. I got a response stating that I needed to contact the US Postal Service, even though the tracking number and the representative at the US Postal Service stated that the package was sent back to the original sender.
Edited review: As part of the "deal" Godmerch made with me to return my money, I have to edit the review. I refuse to edit the star rating but I did get my money back in full. I should have NEVER had to post a bad review to get my money returned. The product they used to advertise is not what they sell. Instead of acknowledging that it is different they want to argue about the description of the product. I wish I could upload pictures to show you the trash I was sent.

The sweatshirt I ordered was “This Nana wears her heart on her sleeve “ with my 4 grandchildren’s names on the sleeves! The quality of it is awesome, it’s super soft and comfortable! I ordered the large for an oversized fit! It’s perfect!!
Ordered Christmas ornaments and are very disappointed. They look nothing like the website pictures. We paid over $22.00 for flat pieces of wood with a laminate picture on them. No return slip or receipt in box. Would never order from this company again!

Each ornament arrives with a thin brown protective film on the front side to prevent scratches during shipping. Once the film is peeled off, the clear printed design appears as intended. Would have been a wonderful product if the embroidery was centered on the sweater. One side was closer to the left sleeve and the other side was closer to the collar than the other. Could not return for a replacement on Amazon. Somewhat low quality fabric and stitching for what you pay for.

I had an excellent experience with godmerch sweatshirts and tee shirts. The quality of material is excellent, they have been in the washer and dryer with no pilling or shrinkage as well as everyone I have given them to love them. I would also like to thank the excellent team working the customer service department.i had difficulty with an order and their response time is immediate and they are extremely helpful and polite. I highly recommend this site for personal and thoughtful gifts that are full of memories and bought with love.

I received my t shirt in a very timely manner and it was easy to track. Was very happy with the quality and print on the shirt. I accidentally had the wrong shipping address. Customer service was outstanding and had it immediately corrected for me. I'm giving them a 5 star review because everything went exactly as it should.
The quality of the materials is good, same with the print of the designs, things were delivered on time and just as we ordered them.
